Bamboo Hotel - Privately owned Queen Studio - Balcony, Steps to Waikiki Beach

Very nice place and host.

The property was very centrally located and had great food options all around as well as big name hotels for pick ups for tours. Mark was an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions and the facility as a whole was great.

Very clean and close to everything you could ever want in Waikiki. Host was very helpful in making sure all processes went as smooth as possible. Pool tiki area was gorgeous, perfect for late nights after a long adventurous day.

Location good, property clean but dark and dated decor. Nice little balcony but not much privacy from neighbours opposite. Bit annoying we couldn’t check in early (in fairness we hadn’t pre arranged it.) Spare pillows and a blanket would have been nice. Had to walk around with our heavy suitcase as no arrangement made before and after checkout for the hotel reception to hold our cases.The best shashumi poke bowls on the next block. Pleasant stay.

The location was both great for the beach/activity area as well as to restaurants. We were here for 3 nights and it worked out great. There is a balcony but there is no view from the balcony other than someone else's balcony across the way and construction cranes. It didn't bother us as we were there for such a short stay and were pretty busy.The pool/bar area had a nice ambience and is worth checking out.

Location was convenient. Bus is close by. Lack of a kitchen chef's knife and a dish drain rack. Could use more storage for clothing and food.

I enjoy the location & the Bamboo hotel

Located on the 4th floor of the Bamboo hotel. The surrounding rooms must have been owned by someone else or by the hotel because they were so much nicer. The owner must not be able to really afford to keep, and definitely not maintain this property. Mold, mildew and outdated furniture that was cheap to begin with. If you want fresh towels, you’ll have to go and find & buy the laundry soap yourself and pay to use the laundry room. You’d be better off just staying at the hotel

Walkable to beach and the owner is very nice. The laundry (dryer) is very dirty. The TV remote is terrible and we have to keep resetting the menu

The room was dated, and absolutely no view on the patio. However, the pool was excellent as was the resturant was great! Location was awesome.

Decent place, about what you would expect. But the location is perfect. Right in the heart of Waikiki.

Nice clean kitchenette room, pool w hot tub, Wi-Fi, tv and close to everything in Waikiki. It was perfect for us.

This condo was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and a milestone birthday in Waikiki. Kuhio beach, food, entertainment, shopping were all just steps away. Check-in was easy breezy. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were able to get some groceries so we could make breakfast a few mornings of our stay. All appliances worked and there were dishes and cutlery stocked for two. There was nothing that Mark didn’t think of - there was even nail polish remover under the bathroom sink! The Bamboo did have a day during our stay where the water was turned off between 11-2pm and we did not have hot water for a day and a half, but that was not the owner’s fault. We will definitely be booking with Mark again and will recommend this listing to our friends and family.

The room was comfortable & the pool area was real nice except the jets in the hot tub didn’t work

Basic accomodation that is all I needed. Close proximity to restaurants and a short walk to Waikiki Beach. Very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Marc makes sure you are set! He was available for any questions and the space is so convenient to everything! The building is clean and the process checking in as seamless. Definitely would recommend!!

Good value, but the room smells musty.

Loved the room; it had everything , pots, pans, dishes, silverware, hotplate, microwave, teapot,coffeemaker and a small fridge. There is a balcony with a view of next building but we were out and about so i rarely used it. The hotel pool and jacuzzi with bar on thursday nights. Very serene and secluded from the busy wikiki area. Comfortable padded lounge chairs and round umbrella shadying the tables and chairs. The pool has a beautiful waterfalls with plants intermingled with bamboo huts for quietier sitting areas. Staff was very friendly. Loved the mini library and complementary newspaper and coffee/tea/water station. Our room was#408 and the owner, Mark, was very kind and helpful. He was always available by phone if i needed him. This place is a hidden gem. It is only 12 floors but i like that ,it is not too large and our location was close to everthing....shops, restaurants, bus routes, ABC stores and of course the famous beach. It was also in my budget for a 12 day stay!!! Thankyou Mark.

The property was locate just two blocks from the beach. It was a great location. What I didn't realize was each room was privately owned. We had no coffee provided or daily room service. No room service is fine but thought we would at least have coffee. (there was on packet of decaf for a week). The bed was rather uncomfortable. You probably should bring your own soaps and shampoo. Other than that, the room was great, the pool and hot tub was amazing. The kitchen was cool.
