**RECREATIONAL DECK ENHANCEMENTS
We are excited to announce upcoming renovations and improvements to the recreational deck, beginning on April 7, 2025. This project, anticipated to take at least ten (10) months, will result in an enhanced and more enjoyable space for everyone.
During this renovation period, the swimming pool, hot tub, children's playground, and BBQ area will be temporarily closed. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to create a better experience for you.
The sauna will remain open and accessible via Tower 1, 6th floor.**
Parking Garage Height Limit: 6 Feet
Please be aware that the parking garage has a maximum height limit of 6 feet. Vehicles exceeding this height will not be accommodated and will need to find alternative parking arrangements at the owner's expense. Standard minivans and unmodified Jeeps generally meet this height requirement.

The building is a bit worn down, but the unit itself is more updated, just as pictured, clean and organized. Jimmy was very responsive and provided everything that we needed for our stay, from snacks to cold water bottles to aloe vera cooling gel (we all got major sunburn). We love the location, it's walkable to the beach and many nearby restaurants. Parking was great, and the space was actually bigger than I anticipated. One thing I would suggest is maybe some darker curtains/shades, as the white curtains were too thin and couldn't block the sunlight when we wanted to sleep a little or when our kids took afternoon naps. We would absolutely stay here again.
