Charming Direct Oceanfront North Shore Beach House

Beautiful property in a quiet, oceanfront neighborhood. Josh was incredibly responsive and helpful with our questions. The layout was perfect for our family of 6, which includes 3 adult children. Location provides easy access to anywhere on the island. Would stay again!

This home was just what we needed for this once in a lifetime vaca! Josh was amazing from day one reserving the home questions and through out!! I had to bug him a lot due to the weather issues all islands were having before our trip and he fully answered every concern. There was only 4 of us that went so the home worked PERFECT for each couples having their own unit and privacy. Being right on the ocean was AMAZING and being able to hear the ocean all night is your own personal sound machine! The view from this home is breathtaking from watching whales jump, cruise ships pass daily, surfers to the amazing sunrise!!! Individual AC units in all rooms was great but not needed much since fans worked great.Being able to walk out right to the shore in seconds and walk to the beach was priceless!We were close to all shopping, restaurants, fast food and were in a very quiet neighborhood.Thank you Josh for making this a memory that we will never forget!

Not everything was perfect. It never is. But Josh did a terrific job trying to make everything right, in the face of a ferocious storm. The biggest problem was the wall outlets not working in one of the bedrooms.

Beautiful location! The place was clean and comfortable!

Our host Josh was very friendly and accommodating. The house is nice and we spent a lot of time sitting out on the back lanai watching the sunrise and sunsets. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, cruise ships coming and going, whales swimming, surfers, fisherman, all wonderful events to wat h while resting up. House was clean, everything wotked as advertised. Would stay again.

Stunning view! So roomy for our family of 6. We loved the two separate areas. Beds were so comfortable and house was very clean and well equipped. Each room had its own AC unit which was nice too. Wish we had another day so we could have enjoyed the house more.

The home was a beautiful place for our team to meet and plan the year as well as relax. It provided wonderful space to gather insight and outside the home and the kitchens upstairs and downstairs were a great bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well when it got warm. We would definitely recommend this property. Owner was very communicative whenever we had any issues.

The house was nice in a great location. We met the neighbors and everyone was very nice. We did not realize it was 2 separate living spaces. To get upstairs, you had to go outside. It was fine for us but we did feel separated from the other 2 families

I stayed here this past weekend with my 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren for a family event...3 nights. The text notifications were extremely helpful and eliminated any questions about our stay. The entire house (upstairs and downstairs) was very clean, nice and comfortable. Although we were primarily here to shower and sleep, the air conditioning throughout the house ensured comfortable temperatures inside whenever we returned to rest or regroup. We will definitely be staying here again should our entire family return to Maui. Thank you for ensuring we had a very comfortable stay.

Great property. Beautiful ocean breeze and was a good fit for our family. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it was perfectly safe and a good location for seeing the sights. !! Screens on windows would be nice

This house is at great location. Ocean right in the backyard with views is awesome. Although there is no beach as such but if you like to surf this is perfect. House is nicely kept and has all essentials. We were 8 of us and it was very comfortable. Although it would have been ideal to have another half bathroom downstairs as there is only one shared full bath but it was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall we had great experience and enjoyed our stay!

Very clean / safe property with a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. The queen bed in the bottom unit was a little too hard to be comfortable, but the master room was better! Overall 5 stars and very happy with our choice

We had a great time at this VRBO! It was so clean and was the perfect lay out for our family. The beds were comfortable and the views were gorgeous! We will definitely be staying again.

Great communication, amazing yard, close to stores

When we arrived to the property we were excited due to the amazing views and the fact that you can walk to the beach in about 3 minutes. Unfortunately the inside of the house is much more worn down than what the images show online. In addition, the couches )upstairs and downstairs) were stained and the shower curtain in the bathroom was moldy along with the mattress and curtains in the downstairs bedroom. When I messaged the owner about our concerns he was very accommodating. He had clean sheets to put over the couches and asked how he could help with the mold situation. Overall he was a very gracious host, but the house was not what we expected.

Josh was very accommodating. The right up on the house is very accurate. Our family loves the house and the location. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sun rise and the surfer’s every morning. Would stay here again!
