Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and airiness throughout the space. The relaxing atmosphere invites you to escape and feel your cares melt away. Lounge on the plush furniture and stream a movie on the large TV, or create culinary charms in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Get a great night of rest in the bedroom, which boasts a lovely en suite bathroom. For extra sleeping space, two folding beds are provided. Dine alfresco on the lanai and enjoy your morning cup of coffee as the sun comes up over the horizon.

The hosr was welcoming, but there were several items that definitely needed attention.
Great!
Extremely unhappy... I picked this property specifically after confirming there is AC. After first night I got a message saying I cannot use AC because it caused too much noise and disturbed neighbor above the unit and he complained to property manager. I spoke to property manager and she said Vacasa is already aware of this issue. This is totally unacceptable. Vacasa couldnt find another "similar" property for us move which also would have been painful to repack and move. We ended up sleeping uncomfortably in living room on the floor for rest of 2 nights with a tower fan. My wife complained she got back ache because of it and couldnt sleep well both nights. Vacasa offered 100 as compensation which they thought is pretty generous. When I said 100 is not going to justify the inconvenience caused and i didnt accept the 100, they offered a fan even after telling multiple times it wont help because bedroom is suffocating and window cannot be opened since AC unit is installed in window. Why would they rent out a unit with known issue when I particularly asked about AC since I know its going to be hot and humid.
Nice clean place. Close to places in Hilo. Wish the dishwasher worked or you had 2 sinks to wash the dishes properly. I would recommend this place for its cleanliness and location.
Great location, and very clean.
This was a great, affordable location to stay while we explored Hilo and the surrounding area. It was clean and well taken care of. Our two boys used cots in the living room and we were able to sleep 4 without an issue. Great balcony for morning coffee and minutes away from many attractions.Two small challenges - it was not easy to find the correct parking lot in the dark and when we arrived late the AC wasn't on and it was a hot night, but that was a minor inconvenience.
Very cute place! My only comment is that the mattress needs to be replaced. Well worn on one side. A little lopsided.

Everything was just as stated. Great location, comfortable condo. Would be nice to have a working dishwasher.

The property suited our needs. It could use a deep clean and definitely needs a new bed—a new mattress top does not fix the structural deficiencies of an old mattress. Except for the bed, the dirty pan in the oven and the dishwasher that doesn’t work, the stay was fine.
Property location was suspect. Homeless in vicinity. Not great part of town. Pool was not well kept. Condo definitely shows and feels its age.
The location worked out very well for us. The place was well set up.
The condo unit itself was clean and well-finished, and the community laundry was clean and worked well. The parking lot situation was not lovely, but was overall safe. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom, so the winow can't be opened for fresh air. The rental agent was very responsive and brought us a fan. We liked sitting and eating on the lanai. It was a good location for enjoying Hilo. It seems silly that the dishwasher doesn't work, and seems not to have worked for a while.
