A 5-minute walk to the ocean and Ali'i Drive. It is safe to walk or bike downtown and to the nearby beaches. Although, we recommend renting a car to explore the entire beautiful Big Island. It is safe to take morning walks in the neighborhood. We recommend renting a vehicle to explore the entire Big Island. There is also Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.

ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area. Mahalo.
PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will notify you in advance because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services is very common on all the islands. Mahalo

Loved the care taken to design and outfit this small studio in a convenient, quiet, location. It’s also pleasant for sitting outside on the patio to eat or read with a view of the hills and a breeze in the trees. Yoko is a very kind and responsive hostess. The space itself is compact and well organized to include everything needed to sleep, eat, play, etc during your time there. The AC works great and is easy to adjust (I had to make it warmer). The bathroom has room for hanging clothes, storing luggage, and is supplied with shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, etc. A perfect base for one person to explore the Kona and Kohala coasts.
My second time staying with Rocco snd Yoko Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Will be back again!
