Place is in poor shape, appliances work barely, shower head is just a pipe with a head on it (works and water is hot), toilets don't flush well...
Perfect spot
I took my family with kids (9, 5, and 1). We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the fresh feel of the space. The closeness to the beaches was wonderful as well as the quick walk to the Waikaloa to see the dolphins!At the end, we were rushed to pack and ended up accidentally leaving some things. The cleaners were fabulous in gathering and shipping those items to us.
We had a broken toilet and screen doors. They fixed the toilet after two tries and a phone call to the handyman myself. The screen door never did get fixed. They fixed a sliding door that was working fine and said that was what I had requested even though I sent pictures of the broken screen door. There was also a mouse in our unit which we reported immediately. No action from the mgmt company. We left a day early because of it. The twin beds were not converted to a king. I had confirmed this twice with the mgmt company and we ended up doing it ourselves. There was a 2” height differential when the beds were put together so not really convertible to a king. The place really could use some TLC, it is tired looking.
House and property were well taken care of. The location was awesome, walking distance to resort, shops & beach.
Everything was great and the place was very clean. Had some issues with the washer and dryer.
NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO. Overall, the physical aspects of this home are pretty good. However, the property management is not so nice. They sent me an email saying I can extend my check out from 10AM to 2PM. A day later, I asked for this option, they told me they cannot grant it because I was 2.5 hours beyond the optional cut off time. Apparently I had until 4PM to take up their optional extended check-out. I contacted them at about 6:40PM. This cut off time was not stated anywhere within the email they sent me. I had 3 children with me and it was difficult for me to get them out sooner. I nearly begged them to help out and honor the option that they sent me. They declined me multiple times. Luckily there was a heartfelt, lovely neighbor that I met and he welcomed us in his home to hang out for a few hours. The worst part about this is that we left the neighbors house around 1PM and noticed that the cleaning crew for our rental was still not there. They could have been human and kind to honor their optional extended check-out but instead they were rude about this. Now I know why this listing is not a Super Host. You should rent directly from the owners or a property management company that has compassion for humans and does not put their business operations above simple requests that THEY offer.
The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and many cute shops and restaurants. The condo is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. The beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys, life jackets and pool noodles were an added plus!
Family loved spacious clean condo. Was home on the many road trips, beach walks, etc highly recommend this spot.
This two bedroom condo has all the right amenities for a comfortable stay in Waikoloa Beach. We were able to walk a short distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen is well set up with cooking supplies and utensils. The bathrooms are large with fully working sinks and shower. The outdoor table and reclining chairs added to the enjoyment of our stay.
Good location. Close to amenities. Better beaches are a short drive away. Condo was clean and comfortable.
Vista Waikoloa is a perfect place to enjoy all that is Hawai’i! This wonderful unit offers every convenience needed and made our extended stay feel like we were home. The community pool, bbq and gym allowed us choices when we wanted to stay on premises. Restaurants, beaches and shopping were all close by! A Bay beach rocks! After 7 years in Maui we feel like we found a new “home” here! Have booked for next!
Thank you so much for the stay. It was wonderful and the place was clean and welcoming. Easy to get to with great amenities. Also a plus is the location is close to many shops and places to eat. Will stay again in the future.
We loved our time at this place. It was well stocked with everything we needed to make our trip a success. We enjoyed hanging on the lanai for our morning coffees, had a blast in the pool and found the walk short to A Bay or the shops. We hope to book it again for next year!
