The property is gated and includes a reserved parking space for your car. The community saltwater lap pool includes two whirlpools, changing rooms, and space to relax, surrounded by immaculately groomed grounds with an abundance of fragrant island foliage. You will also find a lovely covered community outdoor/picnic area, complete with gas grills. For your convenience, access to an on-site 24-hour fitness center and business center is also included in your rental.
Within short walking distance are beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, and many other amenities. Across the street, you will find the Hilton Waikoloa Village with spa, shopping, 9 restaurants, and the Dolphin Quest Learning Center. Also within walking distance are: Marriott’s newly refurbished Waikoloa Beach Resort & Spa, ‘A’ Bay (a white sand beach, named one of Hawaii’s finest beaches with great snorkeling and frequent sea turtle sightings), petroglyph trails, the King’s Shops (with Roy’s, Merriman’s Café, Coach, Tiffany’s, Louis Vuitton, Macys and many others) and the new Queen’s Market Place which offers additional shopping, Starbucks, gourmet grocery and dining opportunities.
For golf enthusiasts, premier golfing is practically on your doorstep. Our unit overlooks the Waikoloa Beach Resort’s Beach Course, opened by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., featuring a spectacular ocean front par-five on the 502-yard 12th hole. This course is literally carved from the lava flow. You are also within walking distance of the Waikoloa Kings’ Course, designed by British Open Champion Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish.

The condo was amazing, Tony communicated well and the place was gorgeous. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals and none were stocked as well as this one, it had absolutely everything we needed and moreI highly recommend The elevator was broken during our stay but that doesn’t reflect on Tony or the quality of his place
Great central location. Condo is spacious, quiet, clean, and well stocked. The pictures don’t quite capture how great it truly is. We visited the Hilton village right across the street and it was so packed and busy. Glad we picked this condo instead. Will surely come back when we revisit the big island in future. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed our stay and would book the condo again. We didn’t see the ocean view, but didn’t mind as it was easy to just stay on the property and relax.
This was our first trip to the Big Island, and it was a fabulous experience, beginning with this beautiful rental property. The photos on VRBO give you a sense of the care the owners have taken to decorate it, but once you walk in you will be awestruck by the size of the condo. The Master Bedroom is HUGE as is the ensuite. We began the day with coffee on the lanai and ended the day with a glass of wine. The kitchen is so well equipped, and there are endless cleaning supplies and paper products to keep the condo tidy. The furniture is not only lovely, but it is very comfortable, and we slept like babies each night in the bed! The owners are excellent communicators, and the check in/check out process is seamless. Pay attention to their loooooooong list of recommendations, they do know the area well! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, to local restaurants, and to the shops at the Marketplace. Food and wine for creating your own meals can be found at the Island Grocery. We especially enjoyed walking to the Hilton and watching whales from the coastal trail. And lunch at Lava, Lava Beach Club was always a treat. If/when we do come back we’ll check on availability here, to be sure! Mahalo Linda and Tony!
Very close to everything there and nice walking paths
Loved the layout of the condo. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location walking distance to the Tropics and the Hilton hotel for meals. Nice kitchen to prepare meals. Double balconies with windows had beautiful views and brought the outside in even when we were relaxing on the couch. We’ll be back.
Our stay was just what our family needed! The location is amazing—close beaches, restaurants, shopping, sunsets, and pool—-all of this in a quiet condo. The owner was fabulous to work with!!
Carpet and garbage disposal need attention. Never before asked to only leave one load of laundry. Well stocked pantry. Need to update arrival info sheet. But had a wonderful time.
It was very pleasant and easy. Thank you so much!
