Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Vista Waikoloa D101 has an additional beach chair and 3 addtional boogie boards.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Maximum of one car allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite. Saltwater. Heated.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub

Vista Waikoloa D101 is located on the ground floor of Building D at the Vista Waikoloa. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Vista Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Vista Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, plastic wrap and aluminum foil and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautifully done with a nice big couch! The ground floor unit was so wonderful for our group. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, they will thank you for this unit! The parking spot is also close to the unit (not all in the complex are). Having beach gear was great! We do wish there was a wagon. Lanai was peaceful. Property management was responsive to needs. The master bedroom bed was so comfy, but we do wish the second bedroom beds were better. Ice maker seemed a little moody, but they supplied standard trays as well. We cooked every day, and the kitchen had what we needed. Fantastic location. Thank you so much for hosting our business retreat!
A great condo with everything you need. It’s in a beautiful, park like setting with lots of privacy. We had coffee on the lanai each morning and didn’t see another soul. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi. This is our second stay at Vista Waikoloa, and we look forward to coming back!

Absolutely great location on the Kona side. Close to food, entertainment and a short walk to the beach. You may also park at the designated lot (for free) shortening your walk considerably.The unit is clean and well equipped. Issues I had with the unit’s dryer and dishwasher were addressed promptly by the management company Resortica. Resortica was very prompt in messaging back and forth. The unit had an outdoor closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, a cooler bag and beach toys. This was very much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay for our family of five. The bedrooms (2) had double beds x 2 in bedroom two and a king sized bed in the master. Also a pull out full sized couch bed in the family room. All in all it fit our party of five very well
The property was great, very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location is great and close to the King's Shop and Queens Marketplace.The pool is awesome and the overall experience was close to perfect.
This is a lovely condominium. The living room decor was very relaxing and the lanai was perfect for napping. We enjoyed the pool and use of the gas grills on the property. This unit is very close to the gas grill so it made cooking very convenient. Plenty of towels and the use of all the beach gear was extremely helpful. I would definitely rent again.

After staying in a Vista Waikoloa property nearly 10 years ago, we felt comfortable staying in this area again. D101 was a wonderful home-base for our family trip. Furnishings were clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The pool is possibly the family favorite for any place we have stayed. We love the location for moving up and down the Kona side of the island, but it worked well for our trip to Hilo too. Vista Waikoloa is close to multiple beaches, shops, a gas station, and vacation activities. Our only disappointment on the trip was the lack of great food in the area. This was solved with a trip to Costco for food supplies...our favorite meals were cooked at the condo or on the community grills (very nice) at the complex. Would gladly stay in D101 again!
Location was great and convenient to stores and resorts. The patio is full of birds and lovely to sit on.
This is a nice ground floor condo located in the heart of the Waikoloa Village area. The condo is roomy, the kitchen and master bathrooms are really nice and it was great to have double beds in the second bedroom. It's also really close to the pool. Check in was also really easy. The only improvement is it could use better lighting in the master bedroom, it is really dark in there. Overall, great place to stay - highly recommend.

This is our second time at the Vista's just a different "condo". We love it here. Our son and his wife just had their first baby and we're here to see them! The pool and hot tub are great and easy access.Gas grills are handy for quick meals. Our apartment was extremely clean and well kept. Only issue would be if more than two people were occupying the condo we'd have been short on bath towels. Kitchen was awesome. We are close to great beaches. Very quiet. We will come again!
