This spacious Lehua model townhouse has an open floor plan covering 2174 sf. of luxurious living! It features 3 ensuite bedrooms and a guest half bath. It is truly a slice of paradise with mahogany trims and doors, upgraded countertops in kitchen and baths, and natural stone flooring and bedroom carpeting. The first floor ensuite bedroom is perfect for parents who prefer a ground level.
Enjoy the gourmet kitchen appliances featuring Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf oven, microwave and stainless steel cooktop and separate wine cooler. Your family or guests can gather around the breakfast bar to keep the conversation going as meals are prepared.
Push back the lanai doors and unite inside dining and spacious living with the outdoors! The almost one of a kind lanai BBQ with wet bar and heating drawers is an entertainers dream! Enjoy sunrise and sunset meals or lounge in the morning as the sun comes up with a perfect cup of Hawaiian coffee!
The Villages community amenities include free access to the recently upgraded pool and spa as well as an exercise room. This townhouse offers an access beach pass to the Private Mauna Lani Beach Club and walking distance to the newly remodeled Mauna Lani Auberge Resort and the Fairmont Orchid hotels. Stroll or speed up your walk on the many paved walking/running paths throughout the resort. An especially fun time to watch the famous Ironman event each year. Family memberships are available at the Mauna Lani Spa and Fitness Center.
This townhouse has a two air-conditioning system controlling each level to the comfort of your family and guests. There are three lanai locations, two on the first floor and one off the upstairs master. A long hallway at the top of the stairs separates the king master and upstairs ensuite guest room which sleeps 4.
It may be hard to pull away from this luxurious townhouse just relaxing and laying back, but don't forget to include site seeing trips like the 2.5 hours scenic route to the Volcano National Park or star gazing on the top of the Mauna Kea observatory!

This is our 3rd year staying in the Villages and we love it. The host accommodated our crazy flight schedule and let us check in early and leave later. The home was very clean and had beach gear for our use. We were met with coffee and a spirit of our choice!
We had a fantastic stay here! The property is amazing, and suited our needs perfectly. The manager was always available and easily contacted. We had no major issues at all during our stay. It is conveniently located, and very quiet. The beach equipment was very nice, and we used it a lot! The kitchen is great, and the lanai is lovely. We also could walk to the pool, which was nice. It was a perfect place to enjoy our vacation.
Very beautiful house with all of ammenities one needs. Great location, the community pools is just a short walk. We rented a golf cart to get around to the pool and beaches and was the best thing we did. The owner was very easy to work with and super helpful with accomidations.

For our 10 day stay we made this our base for exploring the island. The property was perfect and the kitchen was well equipped with every thing you need. The beach club was amazing with great snorkelling. Donna was great and everything went smooth.

Beautiful home - so spacious and well appointed. They thought of everything, like the garage full of beach toys, inner tubes, pool noodles (in which I love to float in the ocean), plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas! The kitchen was well stocked with pans to cook with. The community was beautiful and so clean. My family and I felt so at home here and will definitely be back!! The place is gorgeous and equipped with everything you may need including a travel crib which came in handy with our toddler. We had no issues during our stay and the property manager was not only friendly, but very helpful, and accommodating to our requests. We will be back again!
Great location, near market, beach golf. Property well maintained and quiet. The unit was outstandingly clean and very well stocked. We couldn't think of one thing we needed upon arrival and that usually isn't the case. Donna, the property manager was outstanding - probably the best one I've worked with over the years. This home was a perfect place for my family during our Hawaii Christmas vacation. The home met all of our needs with the number of rooms and beds, great space to hang out, outdoor space, spacious kitchen and access to pool and beaches. This home was perfectly situated between Kona and Waimea and made it easy to get Hilo, Pololu Lookout and allowed us to make the most of exploring the island. Donna was extremely responsive and even made a call before our trip to provide information to make our trip as memorable as possible. As we arrived on Christmas Eve Donna made sure the home was ready with a decorated palm tree and some welcoming gifts. Definitely a home we would return to. Thanks Donna for such a wonderful experience!
