Lovely, well appointed property that was exactly what we expected from the listing. The space was well laid out for our group since we needed 3 sleeping areas. The loft (as noted in the listing) is not for the very young or older guests as the stairs are steep, but it was perfect for our 18 year old. We enjoyed having a kitchen and BBQs nearby, the grounds are well cared for and beautiful. Great beaches walking distance from the unit. The location in Poipu is excellent.We would definitely love to stay here again.
Marie was great to deal with. She ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was excellent.
Host was quick to reply with my questions. Great location-- quick walk to multiple beaches, pool and hot tub. Easy to find. Perfect location to chill in the Poipu area, but also accessible to explore other parts of the island -- we did day trips to Waimea Canyon, and a chartered boat excursion to the Na Pali coast, as well as to Historic Koloa. Thank you!
Amazing location. Floor plan with respect to bedrooms was awkward. Furniture and fixtures are dated and occasionally damaged/broken. Would give 3 and a half stars if I could.
Walking distance to some of the beaches, quiet villa, shops and activities nearby! We were a party of 5, with two couples. The stairs to the queen bed in the loft are steep but it worked just fine for us. We had the things we needed in the villa and Marie was very responsive when we did reach out.
This was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, the grounds were well kept with lots to do. It was close to the beach and restaurants and shops. It also had a lot of things provided that I didn’t expect that was nice. Soaps, things for the beach, even sunscreen. Before we arrived I had questions and the host always got back to me right away.
Perfect place in beautiful Kauai!
Property was good. Easy walks to the nearby beaches. Communication was great. Only one bathroom was tough. Property landscape was pretty.
We had a great time here! Host was very communicative and the place was clean and cozy and close to everything on the south side of the island!
