NEW Ground-Floor Garden Calm at Hali‘i Kai

Yes the host was fine, the amenities were not. No extra tp for a condo that sleeps 6 (we had 5), lamps with no bulbs, coffee pot the size of softball, again for a condo that sleeps 6, really?? The tv stand door fell into our hands as we were looking for the tv remote. Tried to communicate with local Vacasa and she basically said deal with it. Very disappointed in the cleanliness.

Very nice neighborhood property (pool/restaurant/courts/etc), condo had a good layout and was spacious. It was nice to see a BBQ was purchased for the condo. All in it was a good stay and beautiful neighborhood.

It’s a beautiful home, with a perfect layout for parents, kids and grandparents to all stay together. The pool and restaurant are lovely and the grounds are gorgeous.

The pool, hot tub and restaurant/bar were great. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed.

The place was nice. I WILL ONLY BOOK DIRECTLY FROM VACASA IN THE FUTURE TO AVOID THE VRBO SERVICE CHARGE THAT I WAS GOUGED WITH. WHAT A SCAM THAT WAS. CUSTOMER SERVICE BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND WAS NO HELP.Great place to stay though. Good location. nice (small-ish) pool. The kitchen was fine (everything worked), the WiFi was good, the showers / bathrooms were very good.

This ground-floor unit was perfect for our family of six, five of us adults, and offered plenty of space and comfort. Each of the three bedrooms had cozy, high-quality mattresses, and the ceiling fans in every room kept us cool throughout the night. The entry closet was a treasure trove of beach gear, including boogie boards, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella, snorkels, and sand toys for the kids. Everything we needed for a fun, relaxing stay was right at our fingertips. I’d happily stay here again, need I say more!

The condo was clean, inviting and very well stocked. The outdoor gear in the front closet was amazing. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Vacasa, for hosting us.

We loved our stay at 18E. The location was great. A short walk from the pool and right next to the basketball court, putting green, and pickle ball/ tennis court. The home had everything you could need for a fun day on the island; beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you can think of. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, blender, toaster, etc. We loved using the gas grill on the back patio. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. It made it so everyone had their own space when needed. We also enjoyed having an in unit washer and dryer to clean towels, swimsuits, and dirty clothes. The condo is walking distance (about 8 minutes)from the Hilton and a short drive (or about half hour walk) to the King's and Queen's shopping centers and Lava Lava restaurant. I would highly recomend this property for your Big Island getaway!

Beautiful 3 Bedroom Unit. All Bedrooms and beds were great for our party of 5. Plenty of Space. Beach Towels, Chairs, and games provided. Short 5 minute walk to a beautiful pool (unfortunately pool closes at 8PM) for sunsets and live music on some nights of the week. Great communication leading up to and during our stay. Even provided us with a late check out on our last day. Loved everything about our stay.

Place is huge clean and modern. Loads of amenities. Stocked like a real house. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Wonderful condo - patio was our favorite. We also love the community pool with food/bar overlooking the ocean. Whale watching. Right next to the Golf Course. The grounds are beautiful. Nice quiet area. The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed two times in this condo and now it's the only place we will stay when we come to Kona.

Reality was better than the pictures. Great location with many of the best beaches on the island within 15 minutes. Love the who area. Condo is in great condition, with large rooms and shared spaces. Still dreaming of that pool!

Everything was smooth and wonderful. Amenities are clean and close by. Pool is a short walk and tennis and basketball courts very close. Neighbor units are quiet and the grounds are kept very clean. I love the ground level units.

Only suggestion would be to add more adult sized beach chairs but overall. EXCELLENT CONDO!!!!

My family of 6 loved staying here. They found the house to be very comfortable and loved the pool area. The bed are comfortable and the extra beach paraphernalia was very much appreciated. We would stay again.

Excellent condo for family! Private Ocean view restaurant was amazing!

This was an ideal unit for our golf trip, 5 of us were very comfortable staying there for 3 nights. It was in a convenient location which made golf courses, stores and shops very easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again!

6 ladies stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolutely lovely stay. We kept commenting on how impressed we were with the area, condo, and pool/jacuzzi/restaurant area located in the condo complex. The condo had everything we needed and even had boogie boards and kids’ beach toys in the closet for guest use. Such a gem and would highly recommend staying here!
