Owner hosted - Upper unit. Walking distance to the Magic Sands and Kahalu'u beach park, we are half block off of Ali'i Dr. 1500 sq/ft of comfort and 400+ sq/ft of lanai, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A master suite with KS bed and an on suite bath. Bedroom 2 has a QN size bed & bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a shared full bath. Full kitchen with all necessities. AC's in all rooms. The dining room has sitting for 9. The lanai has a partial ocean view, with nice ocean breezes.
No children under 12 yrs old. Low rail in the lanai.
Complimentary one parking spot in the premises.
Complimentary washer and dryer. Guests must provide their own detergent and softener.

The hostess very responsive. No issues with our stay.
Place was immaculate. Owner obviously takes a lot of pride in keeping things clean and organized. About a 15 minute walk to a beach with fun waves for the teenagers and a life guard for my peace of mind. Nice touches too like wireless chargers next to bed stands and beach stuff in the back.
Everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations. Rosalba is a wonderful host. We received clear communication and she has done a phenomenal job to ensure that guests have everything they need at the property. The house was very clean and everything was well labeled so we weren’t searching for items. The bathrooms have great shower pressure and include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and we all found the beds to be comfortable. The commons areas are climate controlled as well and provide ample seating for the entire family for meals or relaxing. It was wonderful to sit on the lanai and listen to the birds. Basic beach equipment is available in the shed including (large) coolers, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The neighborhood is very quiet and well situated. It is a 15 minute walk to Magic Sands Beach (boogie boarding if you’re a competent swimmer) in one direction and the pristine reef at Kahalu’u Beach in the other direction. We appreciated being away from the crowds of Kona town but enjoyed the easy drive into town for dinners. This unit is on the second floor, accessed through an inside staircase. The lower units appear to have their own entries although were not occupied during our stay. We highly recommend this property and will definitely book again on our next trip.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love it because it is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to great beaches, and the trees and property are so beautiful. There are birds everywhere because of all the trees and plants. The lanai is shaded and spacious. Rosalba is always available by phone if you need anything and she has great advice on beaches and places to go.We would definately choose this property again.

The house is amazing! It was squeaky clean and super well equipped! I have never seen a cleaner short-term rental! The cleaning people are not cutting corners! They clean everywhere and not only the visible parts. The kitchen was amazing! It is fully equipped and has everything you will need. I loved that all cooking pots were stainless steel and not flaky non-stick. The decorations are also very pleasing. The location is also great - walking distance to Magic Sands Beach and to a kid-friendly snorkeling place. We cannot wait to get back!
We were totally happy with the house. The kitchen was super well stocked with everything we needed, and we felt well taken care of.
It was hot while we were in Kona, so we really appreciated the air conditioner in the living room. Kitchen was reasonably furnished but toaster didn’t work. Neighbors didn’t get the quiet hours memo. Bedrooms had closets but no drawers for clothes. We would have liked more directions for appliances. Trees and yard wete beautiful.
