This one-bedroom, two-bath Princeville condo sleeps four and gives couples or a small family a comfortable launch point for beach days, golf, and Hanalei outings. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the light inside, while the furnished balcony is made for a sunset glass of wine. Cool off in the shared heated pool, ease into the hot tub, then make dinner in the full kitchen. Princeville Center is close for groceries, and Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach are an easy drive when the water is calling. It is a calm, well-placed stay for guests who want North Shore access and a little room to exhale. It is an easy place to stay awhile.
The Space:
A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows makes the fairway part of the living space in this second-story condo. One bedroom, two baths, and sleeping for four give a small group flexibility, while contemporary furnishings keep the interior uncluttered. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dining table for four. After the beach, settle onto the furnished balcony, use the in-unit washer and dryer, and let the green view do the rest.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the residence and the property's shared outdoor pool, hot tub and BBQ grill. This unit has an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a private entrance. This unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling comes from ceiling fans and portable fans. The community's golf course surroundings and resort grounds are available to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
Princeville gives you Kauai's North Shore at a comfortable, residential pace. Start at Princeville Center for coffee, groceries, or a casual meal, then drive down to Hanalei for its bay, shops, restaurants, and relaxed surf-town feel. Anini Beach is nearby for snorkeling, and the area is full of viewpoints, trails, and tropical scenery. The neighborhood is best explored by car, which makes it easy to choose a beach day, a golf day, or a scenic drive along one of the island's most photogenic stretches of coast.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, great location &view
This condo was well stocked with all the necessities and more. We did cook most of our meals . The bed was cozy and and we were able to relax and unwind after much walking and site seeing . Such a beautiful island. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Great location and great stay! Lots of small thoughtful touches such as umbrellas, mats to take to beach, etc. The place would work for a couple or a family of 4. There's one bedroom and the other is the sofa in the living room that can be turned to a bed if needed.
Great location. Cute condo with lots of games, perfectly equipped kitchen. Great getaway with my daughter. Just wish Vacasa had done a better job following through with malfunctions.
My husband and I loved spending our honeymoon at this condo! The furnishings were cute, the unit was clean and it was VERY well stocked with kitchen & beach items. The property manager of the complex (Chris) was also very welcoming & knowledgable. We met several great people during our stay, some just traveling & others full time residents. Very friendly vibes!
We loved our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and snorkels as well. The only complaint is that the main living space was not air conditioned and brought in a lot of sun throughout the day and became stuffy. The bedroom had a window unit that kept the room very cool! All in all, this was well-located and stocked better than any rental I've stayed in. Don't forget to watch the sunset on the cliffs here!

This was the most well stocked VRBO I have stayed. Everything you want is all there. The complex is quiet with a great pool and wonderful sunsets. I would go back anytime. Great stay!!
