This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Waikoloa Colony Villas townhome sleeps four and sits in a quieter corner of Waikoloa Beach Resort, a short drive from the shoreline. Two shared pools, a hot tub, and a tennis court make it easy to give every day a little playtime without another car ride. Inside, air conditioning, a full kitchen, dining table, board games, barbecue grill, and in-unit laundry keep family travel manageable. Head toward Waiulua Bay for restaurants, cafes, and Dolphin Quest, or spend an afternoon at Lava Lava Beach Club and the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course. It is a relaxed base for a small family or two couples looking for beach time without resort crowds at the door.
The Space:
The living area gives you a comfortable place to come down from a beach day, with cable TV, WiFi, and a lanai for fresh air. The kitchen is equipped for meals at home, including a dishwasher, and the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath layout gives four guests useful separation. Air conditioning, a dining table, and a washer and dryer handle the everyday details.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waikoloa Colony Villas enjoy access to the community's shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and fitness gym on golf course front grounds. Beach access is close by, with a private garage and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Beach Resort stretches along the sunny west side of Hawai'i Island, close to sandy coves, golf courses, lava fields, and the dining around Waiulua Bay. Anaeho'omalu Bay is an easy place for a beach afternoon, while Lava Lava Beach Club is a popular stop for toes-in-the-sand drinks and sunset views. Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace add groceries and restaurants without leaving the resort area. This side of the island is a good fit for travelers who want dry weather and plenty of options nearby.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.

Please note: an exterior painting project has started at Waikoloa Colony Villas and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take about two weeks to complete, with the entire property expected to take about one year. The condo was very clean. Our main problem was with Vacasa; they wouldn't deal with construction next door which was amazingly loud. I called them up; they said they get back to me; and then crickets.
Ac was good, fans mostly were enough. Great location. Furniture dated not so comfy. Loved having the garage. Fairly well equipped kitchen, pots and pans could be replaced with one full set rather than odds and ends . Master bath shower very small. All pros and cons aside, thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed staying in this lovely house. Very clean, comfortable, and full of amenities. Great location. Highly recommend.
Property was clean as always but the internet did not work for a good part of the stay and the hot tub did not work at all. This is outside of the condo’s control but still affected the trip.
It is a nice clean rental.
This is a large condo located in a beautifully kept complex. Only 1 1/2 miles from A-Bay and 25 minutes from the airport. Great view from patio and top floor balcony off the bedroom that we enjoyed every morning. A quiet condo with permanent elderly residents on both side adjoining units. Management was quick to respond to any issues we had. Nice to have a garage to park up to a midsize car/suv. Well equipped beach supplies. Recommendations: Remove the huge entertainment center and small tv and replace with 65" smart tv. Replace carpeting, its filthy and beyond cleaning, Better yet install laminate. Blinds in living room and second bedroom will not rotate open or close tight allowing to much light to filter in. New comfy padded furniture for lower patio would be appreciated. Garage door remote available to use in the car would be helpful.

Spacious interior for relaxing and enjoying Hawaiian lifestyle. Close to restaurants and other shopping needs. Close to airport. Easy to travel to all parts of the island. Pool and exercise facility a stroll down the street.
My husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband. The condo was perfect for two couples. The location was a great jumper my off point to explore the entire island. The condo was clean, cool and comfortable. We will definitely return the next time we are on the island.
Very happy with accommodations, property grounds and facilities! Definitely would stay here again.
