Holiday Sale! Turtle Bay Villas 311 by Gather: Beachfront w/ Shared Pool/Spa/AC

The condo was wonderful. Great view of both the pool and the ocean as it sits right in the middle of the complex on the top floor. The unit was clean, functional and as advertised. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back. The North Shore is amazing and this is a great home base to begin your adventures.

Great location on the North Shore.

Place was great, located above the pool with a tree’d ocean bay view framed by the hotel to the south and the edge of the development to the north. Everything we needed was here. Instructions to access and use the unit were very clear. The unit was very clean. The master bed, bed pillows could probably stand to be replaced.

So nice and quiet and the a/c worked great. Beds could use new mattresses—they are kinda saggy. He box fan provided was nice to have too.

The location is fantastic. Whether you want a relaxing day staying on the property, walking beautiful beachfront trails and going to the amazing beach right out front; or cruise a short drive down to the surfers paradise of Pipeline and Waimea, everyday is fun. The restaurants at Turtle Bay are all excellent. The management team for the property was great; the unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed for a great stay. Nice property and very nice area

Everything worked out perfectly. The condo was beautiful, the access to the nearby resort was perfect. We had a great time!

Flights were delayed so got to the Villa very late at night. And we, of course, were very tired. Your amazing Security officer greeted us and saw to it that we got settled in promptly and efficiently. Thank you!

We stayed at villa 311 in mid October 2025. Villa was exactly as advertised. Well kept up. There were several beach chairs, and boogie boards in the closet which was really nice. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. We had one of the best views of the pool/ocean being right across from it. So nice to be able to walk down to the pool or beach and come back up as needed. Much prefer the quieter slow pace of the north side of the island. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

A beautiful Villa with a beautiful 3rd floor view overlooking the ocean and pool. We are a family of 7 and had plenty of space. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay!

Beautiful location with easy access to pool and beach. Unit itself was quiet and comfortable (great for small kids needing good naps and nighttime sleep!) Fully stocked, everything functioning well, comfortable beds, quick responses from property management, and easy drive to either east or west side of the island! No complaints at all!

We had a wonderful vacation during our stay at Turtle Bay. The condo was 10xs better than the listing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool and beach were peaceful. The ability to use many of the resort’s amenities made it completely luxurious. I would highly recommend it.

We loved Turtle Bay - beautiful and relaxing. Perfect option for our busy family trying to take in all Oahu has to offer. Condo was very comfortable and had all of the necessities that one would need away from home. Thank you for sharing your perfectly appointed home with us.

Our stay at the Villa was everything we had hoped and more. The location was perfect. We woke up to the most beautiful view every morning. The villa was so comfortable. We were right at home.

Fantastic property and responsive support. The ocean view is amazing. Staying at the Turtle Bay property is a real treat - from the pool, beach, hiking trails, restaurants and access to resort services. (Surfing lessons were a highlight.). We also enjoyed going into Hale’iwa for shopping and meals (Stonefish Grill A++) and the very fun Kua Luau nearby.

Beautiful property with incredible views and walks. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Beach & pool access in a huge positive. Roy’s restaurant is just next door. Our family lived the place. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We have stayed at several and the view was excellent and the Villa was well appointed. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a family of five adults stay for a couple nights on north shore. The unit was beautiful and clean, and was also huge. Can easily sleep couples in each bedroom, and can also utilize the large sleeper sofa. Parking at this unit was very convenient, and we loved our proximity to turtle bay golf courses, beaches, shrimp trucks, and Haleiwa. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo for your hospitality!
