Turtle Bay Luxury 2 Bedroom. Upper Floor with Upgrades. 90/TVU-0512

The condo was super comfortable, and the property was absolutely gorgeous. Lovely pool area with barbecue pits and beach was minutes from the condo. Shopping was close, so made it easy to cook at home some days. We had a wonderful visit to Hawaii and would highly recommend this host and condo to anyone planning to visit Oahu.

A nice place to stay in place of a hotel. Enjoyed the extra space and the property manager, Beverly, was lovely.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the condo for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and the location is great for access to the Turtle Bay beaches.

The condo itself was nice and what we expected based on reviews. Our experience was made less enjoyable as a result of poor communication. We arrived during the March 2026 flooding. We landed at the airport late afternoon and decided to pick up groceries prior to heading to the condo, which was an hour from the airport. We had received instructions to make contact shortly before our arrival in order to gain access to the gated community and the condo itself. We called about 10 minutes before reaching the condo and were told that the power had been out in the area for several hours and there was no expected timeline for the power to be on. The gate and condo were open due to the outage but there were no candles or lanterns at the condo and no one would be able to provide them until the following day due to the weather. Additionally, access to the condo was via a set of wooden outdoor steps and there were also steps inside the condo leading to a loft bedroom. By this time it was dark outside and it was difficult to see driving. We decided it would be unsafe and unwise to try to enter the condo in the dark. We requested compensation for the first night’s stay as we would not be able to use the condo that night. Additionally, we had not been informed of the power outage early enough to purchase candles or lanterns from the other side of the island. We were told that our situation was unfortunate but no compensation was made. Power returned 36 hours after our check in time.

Had a great visit. The condo was in a great location for visiting the North Shore. It was very clean and well appointed.

We wouldn’t call this place luxury. Towels, iron, futon are anged and need to be replaced. Visually looked clean until it was time to go to sleep. Futon had crumbs when we went to pullout. Floors felt dirty. More attention to detail is needed when cleaning. Check in requires someone to physically let you in and then a fob instead of a code for gate entry. Not easy when we have two vehicles. Bev was very kind. Puzzled that she asked after next guest was already checked in if we used the upstairs bed as it looked like no one used it. Eek! We did so, did the sheets not get washed!? It should always be assumed that beds have been used as some fix their beds when they wake up. We were contacted after checkout to see if washer worked, I guess that needs to be replaced as well. I don’t like having to share negative review but it’s only fair to upcoming guests to be aware.

Nice place. Very quiet and clean. Good location walking distance to the beach.

Bev was amazing and very responsive to any needs we had. Well stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms was a plus and many beach toys available for use. AC unit only in lower bedroom and top loft can get quit warm but does have a fan. We would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and spacious. Wonderful location. We walked to the beach and a couple good restaurants at the resort. Bev was very sweet and suggested a couple near by restaurants and things to do. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean condo, great location, excellent hosts and communication. The pack and play was great for my 2 year old daughter. Having the beach chairs, towels, and toys was awesome. The only complaint is that we were expecting central AC based on the listing but it's only a small unit in the main bedroom. We had a few hot days and the living room and upstairs loft room got very hot. Thankfully we were all able to sleep comfortably in the main room.

Great location. Comfortable and clean. Needs some new appliances - washing machine and dishwasher were so loud we had to leave the property when we were using them. Downstairs shower was very small and I would not recommend it for a tall or larger built person.

The location was great, it was away from the main cities but still close to great beaches and lots to do in Laie. The place also had everything we needed and even things like snorkeling equipment. We would have appreciated better check in and check out instructions. We had to call the # for the owner, got voicemail message with a number to call another person who helped us check in and had to text same # for check out instructions.

The property was just as we expected. It was clean and comfortable, and I would stay here again.

We were 2 couples who stayed here for 4 nights after being in busy Waikiki for 5 nights. The condo is wonderful and well equipped with beach toys. Short walk to a beautiful secluded beach and Lots to do around the area. Bring your pickleball paddles and/or tennis racquets if you want to play as there are courts on site. Would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful north shore.

This was very easy to book. The condo was in a great location, so close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here

Property was perfect for what we were looking for and Beverly was super welcoming. It is an older property but clean and everything was well appointed in the condo. Loved that it was only a small walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and Beverly made a point of telling us to contact if there was anything further we were missing. I was initially worried about sleeping in the loft with no AC but with the fans and open window it was really comfortable and some nights we didn’t even use pedestal fan.

Not a family friendly place, would not recommend staying here.

Great location. Excellent host. However the condo could use some upgrades. Especially flooring, kitchen equipment, and beds.

Perfect location, gated community, save and secure, near everything we needed. Condo well stocked and comfortable. Beautiful pool and also close to a number beaches. Loved having a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs for our daughter. Cons…I wouldn’t consider it “luxury” and not really any “upgrades” that I could see. Air conditioner didn’t work. But it was a fair price for what we had.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of towels. The open Loft can be difficult if sharing with adults as the living space is open and sound and light travels, but we knew that when we booked. Perfect set up for a small family and the location is perfect.

This is advertised as luxury condo which it is not. The beds are uncomfortable and needs major updating. Carpet going upstairs is dirty and looks like it’s been put in the 70s They also advertise it has air. There is only a small unit in the bottom bedroom which rattles while turned on. this upstairs bedroom has no air since it is not by the ocean there is no breeze. Beverly is sweet and the place is clean as she can get it. This is not what I expected

Beverly was so nice and helpful and was available if needed. Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies. Only thing I would say is an AC for the upstairs would be nice

Loved our stay at Turtle Bay! The condo was just perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our family of 5. Very clean and located close to some of the best food and beaches on the North Shore. Thankful for the warm outdoor pool and washer and dryer (inside the condo). The birds are quite loud in the morning, but it’s all part of the experience. There’s beach chairs, boogie boards, and lots of other things to make the stay even nicer. Wish I could have stayed forever.
