The place was nice for the most part. All I use it for is to sleep in, I stay out most of the day surfing and hanging at the beach. The place was not as advertised. The “NEW AC” was not working and they knew it. The old AC in the upstairs room also didn’t work. They tried to tell me multiple times that it did when I called to try and get it fixed. It took 4 days of calling and complaining to try and figure out a solution. Their solutions after I had finished the stay was to refund me a small amount of money. My wife and I could not sleep through the night due to the room being 90 degrees. Could not get ahold of anybody either. I would not stay at this place again and I’d advise others not to as well.
Overall nice place AC was not sufficient.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal. The only problem was with the heat in non-airconditioned areas but I ask if I could buy some fans and be reimbursed which greatly helped.

This was a great location if you're staying on the north shore. It close to everything and you can walk to the beach. I really appreciated the beach chairs, goggles, beach towels and boogie boards that were available to use while we stayed there.

Loved our stay here! Property was clean and well-maintained. Close to Turtle Bay and other great spots on the North Shore. The boogie boards, beach chairs, and cooler were great! We would definitely stay here again!
This property slept our family perfectly and we loved the location. A few things to note if you stay here. There is only A/C wall units in the bedrooms and it doesn’t stretch to the loft, main area, or kitchen very much so it was very hot most of the day and got worse if you cooked or ran the dryer. Thankfully it cooled down at night and the property manager was responsive and brought 2 more floor fans the next day so my kids could actually sleep in the loft. The first night was rough. The listing also stated there was a gym but there isn’t unless you purchase a day pass at turtle bay resort so not exactly an included amenity. Otherwise everything went great and we loved our stay!
The property is in a good location. House is cozy and the pools at the property are nice. There are a lot of extra gear to use as well. The only down side is in August it gets a little warm. We were gone most of the day exploring so it was fine.
Great location on North Shore. It lays within the Turtle Bay resort. The condo was not very clean. Oreo found under the bed upstairs.Air conditioning units in bedroom downstairs and in bedroom upstairs. Not enough to cool the condo down . Also no where to sit outside condo unless you go o to the pool. Also when we received the check in and check out instructions, a list of what every individual item in condo would cost us to replace. I have rented multiple properties and never received a list like this before.
We enjoyed our stay!! Location is amazing to all things in the North shore! The pool access was a huge plus as well! We would definitely stay there again.

Place was great. Only issue was checkin instructions and details were not accurate and caused some confusion, but manager was responsive. Ice maker didn’t work. Super clean, a/c was awesome. Proximity to Turtle Bay could not have been better as such an easy direct walk.
Had a great time. Super close to Turtle Bay Resort (5 min walk). Lay out of condo is great. Big family room. Separate bedroom with loft and more beds, then another bedroom. Held us all very comfortably. Highly recommend.
Good spot
The condo was very clean and comfortable.
The property was exactly as expected. We loved walking around the Turtle Bay area, and it was great to have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. The only complaint was the low ceiling in the upstairs bathroom (easy to crack your head in the dark). Overall a nice place!
Family enjoyed our time here. Definitely would go back to this place. Clean and comfy
