Turtle Bay Condo - Kuilima Estates East

we had a really lovely 4 days at turtle bay in this condo. It was well-appointed and the walk to the beach at turtle bay is even shorter than the 10min listed! they were nice chairs and towels provided, and beach bag which I really appreciated. The owner was extremely responsive and answered all my questions v quickly which I appreciated. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Wow this place was amazing. Great location, especially if you like golf. We sat out on the porch and could watch golfers on the green all day. The condo had amazing A/C, super clean and had all amenities needed for a our stay. Can’t say enough about the amazing towels… so good we ordered some the second we got home for ourselves. We were so appreciative of the amount of beach towels and chairs the were provided, no one went without in our family. Each room had a smart TV as well, thank you so much! Our stay was like a home away home.

The condo was fantastic and the host was great! It was clean and well maintained. The A/C was also super nice to have as well. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver along with the multiple bathrooms. The beds were also super comfy and having boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs available to use were also a great feature! The condo is in a quiet location with easy parking. I will recommend this spot to all my friends and would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stayVery clean and excellent location for North Shore

Has many amenities and beats staying at a hotel. The vacuum cleaner did not work so unfortunately we could not clean up the floors very well. The washer and dryer work excellent. The showers are great. The bedding is comfortable. There are some beach chairs and umbrellas that came in handy. The utensils could be upgraded. The blue iron in the kitchen pantry does not work but the one in the master bathroom does work great.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo near Turtle Bay! The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to Turtle Bay beach and a quick drive to some of the best beaches on the North Shore, including Sunset Beach and Pipeline. It made exploring the area super easy and convenient.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans and even had a Keurig coffee maker with the pods. The living space was cozy and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. We also appreciated the beach gear that was provided – a nice touch that made our beach days even better.Overall, this was a great home base for our North Shore getaway. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located place to stay on Oahu’s North Shore!

Easy check in and quick replies. The property was as advertised with no surprises. We loved the very quiet neighbors during our stay. Convenient dedicated parking spot. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Quick walk to hotel for sunrise and sunsets. We had all needed amenities. Everything was updated fairly recently in the unit. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Perfect location and setup!

We loved our stay at the condo! Great location close to a bunch of amazing beaches and Kahuku eateries. The walk to the beach at turtle bay is an easy destination for afternoons and evenings, and the pools were so warm and beautiful. We had a great time with our four year old daughter - she loved the “princess stairs” going up to the loft, and there was a baby gate already available at the condo to remind her not do go down the stairs by herself. It was truly a home away from home - we will stay there again if we have a chance in the future.

Property was as advertised. Great last minute booking for a girls weekend. Condo had everything we needed, even beach towels and beach accessories. Communication was easy. Would stay again.

nice place for family in a more expensive area. would have liked to have the expectations about no beach stuff outside the front door included in the booklet to avoid the reminder text. communications were good.

Nice location. Pictures are accurate. A/C worked great. Didn't need to use it at night at all. Would recommend mattresses be replaced as you sink into the middle.

We had a great few days at the Turtle Bay condo.It was exactly how it looked in the photos and was clean and tidy. Cooking was made easy with a well laid out kitchen and utensils.We will be back at some stage and would definitely book this condo again.

Enjoyed our stay at this great location in Turtle Bay! I stayed here with my family (spouse and three kids) and it was the perfect spot for our trip to the North Shore of Oahu. Conveniently located close to many beautiful beaches. A short drive to many important places including CLIMB Works Keana Farms for ziplining (10 min), Waimea Falls (20-25 min), Hale'iwa Harbor (30-40 min), and Foodland (15 min). Food trucks at Kahuka Sugar Mill and Seven Brothers less than a 10 min drive away. Property has everything you need for an extended stay included beach items like tent, umbrellas, mats, body boards, and beach towels. Pool for the condos is a nice size and very quiet. A short walk to the Ritz Carlton if you want to check it out. Good trails along the golf course and beach nearby for running. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the North Shore!

We loved our stay. The location was great, comfortable, and clean. The short walk to the beach was fun. AC worked nicely, having a washer/dryer was helpful. Being close to all the North Shore activities and locations was just what we needed to keep driving to a minimum. We would for sure return on our next visit.

We loved the amenities, the floor plan, and especally how close it was to Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton. We had an absolutely grand time. We'd come there again.

I loved the location of the property. The condo neighborhood was quiet and location to the beach and turtle bay restaurants was fantastic. Only downside was the beds, too soft for us. The condo provided beach items which was really nice. The condo was comfortable. Mahalo!

Overall it is a nice place to stay next to Turtle Bay Resort. Have to drive 5 miles for market or food. Cons:The entrance gate code on the check in instructions didn’t work. I had to call the manager for help before we were able to enter the gate. She sounded annoyed when I called assuming I failed on following written instruction. The single locked off unit had an old musty smell in the unit and the bathroom was very small. They did not provide bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. We’ve stayed in many timeshares and this is the 1st time we had to buy bathroom supplies. We left these items for the next renters. I am extremely annoyed with their check out request. We were asked to remove all bedding and place it by the washer and dryer. Start washing all towels and Start dish washer. I’m used to starting the dish washer and empty trash BUT stripping the bedding’s and washing towels was a bit much! We paid 275 cleaning fee? Pros:The rest of the adjacent studio unit was nicely remodeled. Both downstairs and loft bathroom was good size. Beds were comfortable. Patio couch was huge and took up half the lanai. We enjoyed sitting outside facing the Golf Course. Beach chairs, toys, towels and coolers were provided. Unfortunately high surf around North Shore during our stay means we had to drive an hour to East county to enjoy beach activities. Unable to snorkel in Sharks Cove.

Quick 10 minute walk to a small kids beach (Keiki beach) through the golf course. We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, some minor maintence was noted typical of rentals (recent paint touchups, buff mark on floor, etc) but very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and on the North Shore in general!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Everything was as described and was neat and tidy. There were beach chairs and snorkel gear for use which was appreciated. The loft and condo were very spacious for our family of 6. I only wish there were some more cleaning supplies provided. Some clorox wipes, windex or something would be helpful along with more than 1 roll of paper towels. I like to try and keep the condo tidy especially while we were there for 16 nights. I swept daily just to keep up, but the dust pan was messed up so it was hard to get the dirt in there properly. Those are my only things that I think might help. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. Thank you 😊

It had everything needed for a relaxing stay with 7 min walk to Turtle Cove. It was such a very lovely condo. 3 people more than comfortably stayed here. Close to Foodland, restaurants and shops with a car. We would most definitely stay here again.

My family had an amazing stay at this condo. It was spotless and spacious for our family of 4 adults. It was well stocked and we very much appreciated the generous supply of toilet paper, paper towels, handsoap and kleenex. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds and living room furniture were super comfortable. The air conditioner worked like a dream. The decor was really cute. The beach towels, umbrellas, chairs were also in great condition (which has been rare for us in previous rentals). Of course the best part was the beautiful North Shore location! My family and I have stayed in various Kuilima Estates condos, and this was by far our favorite. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Overall we had a great stay. The property manager was good to work with. No major issues with the property. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do. The beach was a short walk away and loved backing up to the golf course. The condo was dated and not very clean when we arrived. We had to clean dishes, the microwave, and vacuum. The property manager apologized and offered to send the cleaners back out, but we had already done the cleaning. My guess is they will find a new service. Pool was not far away and was not bad. We were at the ocean most of the time, but it was nice to go lounge around. Can't beat the location though!

This is by far the best location on the island. We were granted early check in which helped us get settled in nicely before dinner. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised how spacious the unit was. The condo was tidy, but needs a few extras for longer stays(ie. Dishes, we did a lot of loads just to have enough dishes for every meal). This condo is close to some amazing beaches, hikes and food trucks. We had access to everything Turtle Bay Resort offers accept the pool and gym. We spent most of our days at the many pristine beaches nearby which were all located only a short drive from the condo. The best Luau was just a short drive down the road..Toa Luau was intimate and authentic(I've done many, this was the best yet) The resort has a wonderful beach front restaurant that you can grab a cocktail or light bite during the day and traditions into an elegant dining experience at night. The bar in the main resort has live music, billards and shuffle board for those who have the inclination. I absolutely love North Shore for the vibe, proximity and R&R. You'll definitely get the 'Ohana' here. We'll be back! The a/c wto sit on the sure!

This was a great location in the north shore. The proximity to turtle bay resort is amazing. It’s a lovely spot in a great location. There was plenty of space for our family of five. We loved looking out and sitting on the deck to have our breakfast. The pool was put to good use and we went for walks to the beach a few times. Beach amenities were appreciated and used several times. We would recommend this location and stay again.

We had such an amazing stay here! Perfect for our family of 5. Property is beautiful, clean, and safe. Short walk to the resort for beach, food, and coffee. Grocery and North Shore beaches just a short drive. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Mahalo🌺

This place checked all the boxes!

Quiet location to rest after a full day of activities. There was plenty of space for our family of four to get a restful nights sleep after many active days. The nightly rate is similar to a studio hotel room but substantially larger and likely far more comfortable.

Overall great spot, cozy and comfortable. There were a few items left behind from previous visitors... Stuck away in the couch and behind some furniture. Towels left in washer. Location was great and we definitely enjoyed our time!

First off, I need to recognize Wendy the property manager, her communication and support was on point! A couple things I didn’t love about this property. First, being “on the beach“ was important to us. It was how we did the search and I confirmed in the property description that it was listed on the water. The description stated that it is a close 5 minute walk to the beach, but the reality is it’s closer to a 10 minute walk, almost a mile. That was a let down. Realistically speaking, the condo needs a good $25K in renovations and a refresh. Paint peeling everywhere, water leaks behind the toilet and under the sink, towel racks ripped off the wall, old and worn furniture, etc. The price was good, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we realized how old and dated it was. It is a good location that is central to the north side of the island, but we wish we knew the proximity to the beach and the quality of condition.

Our stay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this property to others. The host was very friendly and frequently checked in with us to make sure things were going smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Nice clean place. Simple, clean, modern, close to the hotel. Great communication with owner. Easy to deal with. There is a door immediately to the left of the stairs which is not part of the unit. Little hard to tell. Overall 8.5/10

The unit is cute, good size for our family of 4, kitchen is nice. Bathroom needs a good clean and replace towels.needed toilet paper and paper towels. Also, promised beach chairs and umbrella that were not in the unit.not a big deal to my husband but was for me.owner apologized, however I would of just purchased chairs on the way up and left them for future guests. I would recommend to friends.
