Step into this tropically furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit number 701 located midpoint in the complex. The end unit provides ample green space, privacy and minimal contact with adjacent unit. Colony Villas is the only all townhome (no one above or below) complex in this resort area.

This upscale townhouse has been remodelled with a contemporary expression and tropical flair. New washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and furniture will make your stay easy and comfortable . The 2 story townhouse has vaulted ceilings is Airy, Spacious and Comfortable. You will find everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.

Park in the designated outdoor space in front of the unit. Free WIFI, 3 TV's with lots of channels, games, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach gear and sand toys.

On balmy 76 degree days let ceiling fans and ocean breezes stir the air or use the air-conditioning.

Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and bath on each level. The upper-level master suite enters through a Koa louvered door and boasts a handsome wood carved bed with New king memory foam mattress, walk in closet, ceiling fan and private mountainview lani.

A charming ground-floor second bedroom features a king size bed with memory foam mattress and a Roku TV.

Play tennis, pickle ball or enjoy the air-conditioned gyms. Relax at the tropical pools featuring gas BBQs, a unique lava rock waterfall and spa or an 18”deep toddlers area. A third grilling station is just steps from the townhouse.

Located on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's sunniest beaches and weather, 18 miles north from Kona Airport. 10 minutes away you will find pristine palm-studded Anaeho’omalu Beach (A Bay) which offers a sandy beach with sports activities and rentals, shoreline paths and ancient royal fish ponds. The resort offers three terrific golf courses (within walking distance), Kings' Shops & Queens' Marketplace with shops and restaurants. Popular beaches close by include Mauna Lani Beach Club and Hapuna Beach State Park.

Our stay at this condo was very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms and facilities are very clean and have everything you need. The beach supplies were well stocked and we could enjoy everything on the beach. In addition, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any troubles. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again next time I visit the Big Island and would recommend it to everyone!

My family and I loved staying at this gorgeous condo. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and felt brand-new. The recent renovation (granite countertops, new flooring, high-end fans and more) was well done and high-end. The condo is well-stocked with beach gear (snorkel fins and masks, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, coolers for drinks or lunch, etc.) family games, kitchen appliances, kitchen necessities, and bathroom supplies. The mattresses are very comfortable as were the linens and there's ample storage for clothing in the closets with hangers and new dressers. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet close to the bustle of two resorts and two small shopping malls. It's also close to the best beaches on the island for swimming and snorkeling. We had easy access to Kona and Volcano National Park too. The condo owners were very accommodating and communicative. Sharon responded within a few minutes when I had any questions during the stay. I researched where to stay on the island for days and saw a lot of very pricey options that were neither as clean nor as luxurious as this condo. Don't hesitate!

We’ve been going to Hawai’i almost every year for the past 20 years and the Big Island for the past eight years with the exception of 2020. We always stay in Waikoloa and of all the condos or townhomes we’ve rented, this has to be the best one. It’s immaculate, well decorated, smells amazing and is fully stocked with everything you need for the perfect stay. This unit is moving to the top of my Waikoloa list! We will definitely book this one again. Mahalo nui loa!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautifully decorated home with great detail. Thank you so much for the welcome coffee and it was nice to have a great kitchen to cook in with some small staple items there to use such as spices. The beds were super comfortable. The location was great!

We come to the island once a year and this is BY FAR the cleanest rental we have stayed at. All the beach stuff in the garage was great for a day at the beach. We will definitely rent this place next time. We've stayed in the colony villas before and it's super quiet and chill. Again super clean!
