The Pool House is a sprawling 3,000 square foot Princeville vacation home with 5 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. This brand new property features a sleek modern kitchen, outdoor grill, two living areas, and a private pool with a water slide and Jacuzzi. Located just minutes from Kauai's best beaches and attractions, including Anini Beach and Hanalei Bay, it's the ideal spot for family vacations. Affectionately named “The Pool House” by our 4 little ones, this house is above and beyond its typical name sake. This sprawling 3,000 sq.ft. home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with room to sleep at least 18 comfortably. A sleek modern kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 living room areas, and your own pool, complete with water slide and jacuzzi will be the cherry-on-top of your Hawaiian vacation! Upon entering through the front door, you’ll find yourself in an entry way/mud room. To the left is the laundry room. Down the hall to the left is the first bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a king sized bed, TV, closet and A/C with sliding glass doors that take you to the back side yard. Further down the hall is the second bedroom. It has a king sized bed, TV, closet and A/C. This room has sliding glass doors to the front side yard. Outside of the second bedroom and down the hall is the second full bathroom. As the hallway ends, you’ll arrive in the open floor dining area, kitchen and main living room. Sleeping arrangements in the living room include a queen sized sofa sleeper and a couch. From the sliding glass doors of the living room, you’ll see the backyard oasis that includes the pool, jacuzzi, water slide and grill area. Leaving the living room, you’ll see another hall that leads to the main master. This room has a walk-in closet, king sized bed, TV, A/C, it’s own bathroom and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the pool.
Right off the dining area and up the stairs is a second living room area. The second living room boasts an upstairs lanai that overlooks the front street and neighboring greenery. Off the second living room are the 4th and 5th bedrooms, as well as the 5th full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds, each with a trundle bed. It also has a TV and A/C. The fifth bedroom has a king sized bed, closet, it’s own bathroom, TV, and A/C with a door to the lanai.
You’ll have complete access to the entire home and private pool, apart from one closet in the hall.

Princeville is a peaceful, safe and beautiful community. There is a walking/biking path, park and shopping all within 5 minutes of the home.
The Pool House has its own garage and driveway for convenient parking. Cars parked on the grass overnight or for long periods of time may be cited by Princeville Security.

“No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any land in Princeville at Hanalei, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. Noise sources which may constitute an annoyance/nuisance include, but are not limited to: boisterous activities, incessant animal noise, musical instruments, audio equipment, televisions, unmuffled or inadequately muffled motor vehicles, public address systems, spa/pool activity. Nuisance noise is defined as being excessively loud at the property line of the nearest neighbor.”
“Vehicles must be parked with all wheels of the vehicle on the driveway. For safety purposes, the first two feet of the driveway from the road asphalt must remain clear. At no time should a car or it’s contents extend into the roadway. These requirements are in force at any time day or night.”
“Trash pickup is on Wednesday morning and the cans are to be put out no earlier than Tuesday at noon and put away no later than Wednesday evening.”

Nina was so reaponsive. She answered my questions very quickly. She was so friendly and helpful.
This was an amazing pool house! It has everything you need! Pool floats, sand shoes, beach chairs, coolers and more!! We loved having the pool! There was some left over foods! Nina was also very responsive! We loved Kauai! It was so beautiful! We hope to come back and we would love to stay with Nina again!!
Wow. We are so glad we chose to stay here. The place was very well laid out and had plenty of room for family hang outs while still having private rooms for quiet time. The pool and spa were great perks to have, especially to let the kids blow off energy in the evening. The kitchen was huge and well-appointed, and we were not wanting for anything. We cooked meals there every day. The garage had a bunch of beach-related stuff like chairs, sand toys, snorkels, a wagon, etc. so we didn't need to go out and look for that stuff. Nina was a pleasure to work with, and she was quick to reply whenever we had a question. We will look to come back for sure!

Perfect Princeville Paradise for Our Big Family!Our family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Princeville, Kauai. It was everything we could have hoped for and more—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a large group like ours.The private pool and hot tub were a dream! We spent hours swimming and the backyard felt like a secluded oasis. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down in the evenings. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to extra towels and beach gear. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we never once felt crowded, even with our large group.Another huge bonus was the ample parking. We had four rental vehicles, and there was more than enough space to park comfortably—something we really appreciated since it’s not always easy to find at vacation rentals.The location in Princeville was ideal—close to stunning beaches, scenic trails, and just a short drive to Hanalei. It was the perfect blend of convenience and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and upscale, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.
Super house and pool. Lots of beach equipment. If renting, Id stop by house before renting equipment and shopping for groceries. Really, really had a good time. Excellent communication also

We had an amazing time at this house. Home owners were very responsive to any questions. We had 14 people in our group and all slept comfortably. The pool was probably the highlight for the kids.
This is a very spacious home in a very convenient location. It is well appointed and well maintained. It is also equipped with many extras that you would not normally expect. There were many items available to take with you to the beaches, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards etc.We would definitely stay there again.

We had a surprise 70th birthday for my husband, our kids and grandkids joined us. The place was perfect, well equipped and comfortable. The pool entertained everyone, we cooked all our meals in the house and had plenty of room for all 18. The grandkids loved the bunk room, it was a big sleep over. I would recommend this for any large group. We were all very happy with The Pool House.

This home was spotless
Our family had a fantastic time at the pool house. We had everything we needed to prepare some great meals together. The house was immaculate and in a wonderful neighborhood which was great for walks. It was so fun to see the huge Albatross sitting on nests! The golf course was in good condition and there were plenty of beautiful beaches. Nina was very responsive with booking and anything we needed. Thank you so much and we highly recommend her home!

The Pool House was so perfect for our family Christmas Vacation. Decorated to make it feel like the holidays, extremely well stocked, and perfect for all ages! We had everything we needed for the beach, shade, coolers, toys, floaties, chairs and more. The pool area was a favorite for the kids, and great hang out spot for the evenings. We have stayed a lot of places and highly recommend the pool house!
This is a BEAUTIFUL home and Nina was AMAZING with everything! It was windy on Kauai and some of our tours were cancelled. Instead of the kids being disappointed they'd rather stay at the house and swim all day. The hot tub was perfect for us. We loved the location! The home was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Plenty of private space for our group of 4 couples. The private pool and hot tub were just what we were looking for after a long day of hiking and exploring. Host was responsive! Would stay again!
This was a great space the amount of ppl on our group. The rooms were spacious and clean, the washer and dryer room came in handy! The pool was clean and fun, that came along with pool toys and floatys. The jacuzzi was huge! The whole house was very spacious so no one felt crammed and everyone had a bed to sleep on. We would definitely come back again!

It was the perfect house for our family of 10 adults and 2 small children. Had everything we needed and then some. Pool was quite the perk and nice to come home to after a long day of exploring.
We had a wonderful anniversary celebration and enjoyed our stay at the pool house with a few minor problems with bathrooms. One my son solved and the other one in downstairs hall bath, the sink would stop up. Also, I would recommend new bath towels with a few extras thrown in

We ALL had a lovely week in the Pool House! Just Paradise!! Fabulous HOME!!! There were 18 of us, with plenty of room!! Just a side note...We were surprised about the neighborhood ...from photos of home and surrounding area, we thought the Pool House was more private, certainly not in a neighborhood! But it was quiet and beautiful! We did run out of toilet paper...just bought more! And bathroom towels could use refreshing, and maybe more of them! And one last thing...beach was more like a 15 minute walk, not 5 minutes away!!! Just suggestions...it truly was PARADISE!!!!!
This property was the most well furnished and equipped of any VRBO in which I have stayed. Nina has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. She has left no stone unturned. You will not be disappointed vacationing at The Pool House!!
Our multi-generational group of 15 people had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The host thought of everything to make it a perfect trip. Highlights were the pool & spa and the beach gear in the garage available for your use. We had the absolute best time in paradise. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay at the Pool House.The home felt well cared for, and the location is great. We did a lot of our own cooking and were very pleased with how adequately the kitchen was stocked.The layout of the house is so great for a large group. We never felt crowded. The kiddos and adults alike enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the game room hosted a ping-pong tournament one evening! The Pool House was a great place to base from for all of our Kauai adventures. If you have the chance, try the hot tub in the rain. It's a great experience!
