The Space:
This 605-square-foot, third-floor condo has one bedroom, one bathroom, and two beds for up to four guests. The covered lanai looks across unobstructed ocean views toward Maui and Lanai. A full kitchen, WiFi, tile floors, and a well-appointed bedroom make it a comfortable place to settle in after pool time or exploring Molokai.

The Neighborhood:
Kaunakakai offers a slower, more rural Molokai experience, and Wavecrest lets the oceanfront setting do much of the talking. The A building is close to the oceanfront pool, cabana, and grills, so guests can spend an easy afternoon with water views without assuming a beach outing. Lush tropical grounds add a pleasant place to walk, while shared laundry and free parking keep the practical side simple. This is for travelers who want channel views toward Maui and Lanai, pool time, and a genuinely unhurried island stay.
Getting Around:
Kaunakakai is Molokai's main town, about 10 to 15 minutes from Molokai Airport. A rental car is recommended since the island is spread out, though the town center itself is walkable, with local shops, the harbor, and casual eateries within easy reach on foot. Beaches and the scenic east end are a further drive away. Parking is simple and uncrowded, matching the relaxed, unhurried pace of this quiet island.
Other Things to Note:
Internet and cell phone reception can be spotty at times. Shared laundry facilities on site. Please note that there are no elevators to access the suite. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed the pool and balcony for breakfast. Great home base for a short stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
This condo is beautiful!!However the layout of the building has all the bedroom windows on the main hallway to all units on the floor. It’s Hawai’i,it’s warm, no AC and an upstairs apartment so you really need the windows open and the blinds need to be open when you open the window.I suggest different windows treatments. And also providing disposable earplugs

Great location!
Vacasa is a poor manager. Did not respond to communication. I was able to get assistance from the on property manager. The views were beautiful . We had ants in the unit, but the unit was very comfortable .
Location and view were fantastic, quiet and away from town. Kitchen was incredible which is important, as there are not a lot of options to eat out. We did not mind that at all. Beach toys were great. This is a great island, we loved it. On check in, a few dead coackroaches, at least they were dead, but we never saw any during our stay. Big thing was a pair of used, wet men's underwear in the closet on an open beach chair. I told Vacasa about it , they said "sorry" but nothing else. My concern was someone may have had our door code and could have entered while we were gone. That did not happen thankfully. To any owners reading this, I personally will not rent a property in the future that is managed by Vacasa. They were NOT helpful and did not seem to care. I stayed at another property of theirs on this trip, no help. This is VRBO- vacation rentals by OWNER.
Beautiful property with everything you could need
The condo was portrayed as advertised. The property was very quiet and friendly. The view from the third floor was great.
Great condo! Comfortable, clean, quiet, breathtaking ocean view as pictured. All the comforts of home! Was surprised to find a soft sided cooler in the cupboard and beach chairs in the closet! Made our beach days perfect!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. The one drawback - Freezer had a difficult time making ice and staying at freezing temp. Had to keep resetting the rapid freeze and turn on the ice maker (which was not functioning) to get freezer temporarily up to temp. Luckily, there were ice cube trays for our use. Wishing there had been a box of kleenex in the condo and coffee for the coffee maker would have been lovely. All in all, an excellent stay and a wonderful vacation. Can't wait to come back!!
This was our favorite unit to stay in at Wavecrest, no question. Updated, well equipped and super clean. And the best view available in our opinion.
