Our Sweet Spot provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for groups of up to 6 people and is an inviting, welcoming, relaxing, luxurious home for your Hawaiian vacation.

Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend with your friends and family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; our hope is this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
This two bedroom home is fully furnished with a master (King) with private ensuite, and large lanai with a view of the Kulalani recreation center. The upstairs private lanai off the Master is a great place for reading a book or enjoying your morning Kona coffee while listening to sweet Hawaiian bird songs.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and private bathroom just outside.
There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa. The pullout has luxury linens and a gel memory foam topper.
Our Sweet Spot is perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large UltraHD 4K TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor couch, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people! Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying at Kulalani at Mauna Lani gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Beautiful and Clean
In the listing it said TV’s in both bedrooms, there was no tv in the 2nd bedroom, when we let the management know that she was arguing with me that TV’s in both bedrooms was not in the description, when it was actually posted right under the picture of the second bedroom. After a few days of going back and forth they finally delivered a tv. We had to re-wash all the pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, as most of them were dirty from the guests before us, The upstairs Lani had so much bird poop all over that we refused to sit out there, I called and they did send someone over to clean most of it up. The living room furniture is old and very uncomfortable, I will say that the Master bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was very nice size.The management also accompanied us with a late checkout (thank you). This was very disappointing to us we having been staying on the Big Island for over 20 years and will choose a different place to stay next year.
Our stay and experience with "our Sweet Spot" was perfect. The quality of amenities and offering provided far exceeded our expectations. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to have an amazing week. Very impressed with how these owners communicated with us and insured we had a great trip and stay.
Fabulous resort and great community. Unit was very well equipped. Access to private beach was a bonus.
Everything was excellent. Exactly as described. Easy to access and we love the Mauna Lani location. The pool facilities were also excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Sweet Spot a great Spot for sure - excellent location, next to pool/facilities, and walk to shops and beach/resorts. Great having private beach access. Entire family had a great stay. Deck and balcony railing and beams and ledges are covered with bird droppings. These are old and also smell and I could not enjoy space without cleaning them. I spent some time wiping them down. These should be maintained regularly. Also deck and balcony furniture could be updated - they are quite used/dirty.

We had a really great time at this condo at Kulalani. Everything was clean and super comfortable. All the amenities were top notch and there were plenty of toiletry and pantry items to last long term. The lanai looks out to the community pool though there is enough lovely landscaping to make it feel pretty private. And there is tons of beach gear, and bikes! Really fun to ride around the Mauna Lani grounds. Would definitely stay here again.
Wish we stayed longer. Much better than hotel. Close to supermarket. Great townhouse. Parking was not an issue as the parking lot is next to the unit. Garage a bit tight for the car so did not park in garage but parked in adjacent parking lot. Quiet peaceful and beautiful.
