Sunshine Oasis provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for large groups of up to 10 people and is an inviting, welcoming, relaxing home for your Hawaiian vacation. This home is the absolute closest 4BR home to the wonderful KaMilo pool complex with two pools, two spas and a fitness center.
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite and King bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds.
The fourth bedroom has two TwinXL beds that can also be combined into a King with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a super market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Overall, this is a great property. Would definitely come back with a smaller group - 9 felt like too many for the house.There are a few things that should definitely be updated soon in the home. The refrigerator/freezer and microwave both work- but not great…hard for a larger party. We needed to buy multiple bags of ice every day to keep up with our group of 9 staying there. We had a small rodent issue while we were there - they said from previous guests leaving the doors open. Our food was nibbled on each night but when we told them, they came right away and set traps in the kitchen. Property manager was super responsive - great customer service. The location of the property is the best in this complex, so close to the pool/gym. The house is well equipped with items for the beach. The private beach club was great…we went at least 4 times. The Hilton passes were fun to use one day. House and complex felt very safe and clean.
We had a couple of A/C issues (after a power outage). The host company was incredibly prompt to solve the problem. Very quick to respond to any queries we had. Well done!!The house itself was great. It suited our family perfectly. If ever on the Big Island again, would definitely consider a repeat stay.
The house was clean and beautiful. Our family of 10 were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to resorts, restaurants, grocery stores, and of course, da beach! Oh, and a swimming pool and workout room was right across the street. Evening was simply perfect. Mahalo!
The 10/10 reviews don't lie. This was a beautiful exquisite home that was perfectly located for our purposes, and well-stocked with amenities. We loved this place! It was close to the gated entrance, across the street from the community pool, very close to the trash/recycling, close to the Fairmont Orchid where I had a meeting and close to the black sand beach, Hapuna beach and close to the grocery store. The garage was stocked with snorkeling equipment, water socks, boogie boards, surf boards and bikes enough for at least 4 folks with sizing for adults and kids, and lots of toys for kids. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't completely clean the dishes, and the response time to address this was very quick. The dishwasher would clean the upper racks intermittently, and despite the attention received from property management, I think it might need an appliance technician to really look at it. Otherwise, talking with property management was very easy and they were incredibly responsive. This place was so beautiful and wonderful! Our family really had a memorable time. Thank you!
Perfect house if you don’t require a view or a personal pool. The HOA pool is across the street and the beach and Hilton Waikoloa are a short drive away.
Our stay was very nice. House was great for our family with 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, the lanai was used a lot, plenty of bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and surf boards(we didn’t use). Common pool, hot tub and gym were great. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Very close to ocean, restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.
Had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the walking trails, exploring. The amazing pool just across the street. It was a beautiful walk down to the Beach Club as well as the walk around the sea and lake. The house was everything we needed. Perfect!
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool and exercise facility and not far from the private beach. Waikoloa area is a perfect vacation spot. We loved it and will be returning! Highly recommend.
The house was as advertised. Very clean and check-in was easy, many amenities. There was plenty of room for a family of 8 adults to spread out. The beach club was a plus and offered beach lounge chairs, a great beach for snorkeling. It was also not crowded and had an attached bar and restaurant. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
Property house location facilities were awesome.! Coffee pot was very dirty on arrival though . Mattress in lower double needs replacing. Snorkel, bikes etc were great. We could have had more since we were 10 people. As well as more wash clothes, beach and bathing towels and toilet paper. Otherwise it was excellante! thank you

Our Sunshine Oasis stay was wonderful for our 3 generation family trip. The home had everything we needed - the kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had plenty of towels to take to the large pool located just across the street, and appreciated the beach toys and wagon in the garage. We were close to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The grocery store and shopping center close by was convenient. Would love to visit again!
