Rental Details

Rental Overview

Summary:

Start with coffee on the garden-view lanai, then take the short walk downhill to the Kamaole beaches for golden sand and a swim. This one-bedroom, one-bath Maui Banyan condo sleeps four, with a sofa bed for flexible family sleeping and a full kitchen for easy breakfasts or picnic packing. Air conditioning makes the return from the Kihei sun comfortable, and the resort gives you shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and grills for the hours between beach outings. South Kihei Road's restaurants and shops are close when you would rather let someone else cook. Kamaole Beach Parks I and II offer easy choices for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset. It is a warm, unfussy choice for a couple or small family that wants the freedom to walk to the water and keep the itinerary loose.

The Space:

The spacious living room includes a sofa bed, helping this one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleep four. A full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher makes casual meals easy, and air conditioning helps after a sunny Kihei afternoon. Step onto the private lanai with garden views for coffee or a nightcap, then settle in with the kind of quiet that makes a beach week feel longer.

Guest Access:

Guests at Maui Banyan enjoy access to the communal pool and hot tub, with an elevator and disabled parking spot for easy access throughout the resort. Garden grounds and a private lanai make it easy to relax outside, and the beach is just a short trip away. A nearby laundromat adds convenience for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:

South Kihei offers the kind of Maui day that does not need much planning. Walk down toward Kamaole Beach Parks I and II for swimming, snorkeling, sand play, and a sunset that feels close enough to catch on a whim. South Kihei Road has restaurants, coffee shops, and small stores within easy reach, so the practical parts of a vacation stay simple. Keawakapu Beach is nearby for a longer walk along the shore. This is a sunny, convenient neighborhood for travelers who prefer beach time over drive time.

Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

The condo was well kept and reasonably equipped. Could use a few more utensils but we managed okay. The grounds are well maintained and attractive.

The place was spotless, comfortable, well equipped and central. It looked exactly like the pictures portrayed as well, which is huge. Thanks for the great and affordable stay!

Great location and kitchen supplied with enough pots and dishes. The shower head was good but leaking onto the floor. Needs tape. The tv would be great if a more bigger. The air conditioner isnt big enough to cool the living room and bedroom. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on due to the springs poking up. We wished their were more signs in complex stating about respectingyour neighbors and being quiet. There were kid runnung up and down the hallway at 630 am. We didnt have an iron or broom the use. Not sure if we’d stay here again due to the noisy tenants.
