Splendidly remodeled and recently upgraded with new furnishings, Manualoha 404 in the renowned Poipu Kai Resort offers all the thrills of the perfect tropical retreat. This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is surrounded by a flourishing landscape of blooming plumeria trees, swaying palms and bougainvillea hedges tickled with sprawling lawns leading to fantastic Poipu Beaches.
Manualoha 404 is a first and second-floor townhouse-style home. The entrance is located on the ground floor and embodies:
- Master suite with king-size bed and AC for cooling comfort. Enjoy lovely ocean and garden views from bed. A flat-screen television with streaming capabilities.
- Ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity sinks, walk-in glass block shower, and separate tub for relaxing bubble baths.
- Master suite lanai with a table for two to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail and two lounge chairs to revel in the ocean and mountain views.
- Guest suite with two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed (upon request). A flat-screen television with streaming capabilities.
- Guest bath with tiled shower stall
- Laundry with washer and dryer.
Meander to the spacious second floor to enjoy:
- Generous living area with high ceilings, large lanai doors, and tall cathedral windows. Comfortable new *2021 living area furnishings including a sofa with singular side chairs and ottoman. A huge 65” television is perfect for catching a favorite game or movie. AC unit for cooling pleasure with ceiling fans to enhance the AC or without AC, Kauai's tropical breezes.
- Living area lanai offering panoramic views of the azure Pacific Ocean, majestic mountain views meticulously manicured lawns, and an array of tropical flora. High bar table with seating for two.
- A fully equipped kitchen with maple wood cabinetry and granite countertops. Stainless steel refrigerator including freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a percolating coffeemaker, blender, cutlery, silverware, dishware, cookware and bakeware.
- Bar stool seating for three along the kitchen bar.
- Remodeled half-bathroom
The garden courtyard offers a community gas grill and picnic area close to Manualoha 404. Perfect for evening dinners in an open-air setting. Feel like a different setting? The Manualoha complex has several other community gas grills and picnic areas that any group may enjoy. One is located within the Manualoha oceanfront swimming pool area which is only steps from this beautiful home. The Poipu Kai Resort pool and jacuzzi located next to Kalapaki Joe's restaurant are also only a 1-2 minute walk from Manualoha 404. Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park are only 3-4 minutes walk to the west of this home and Shipwreck's Beach is 8-10 minutes walk to the east. Scenic walks, hikes, shopping, restaurants, tours, golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving and so much more are within a 1/2-mile to 3-mile radius of Manualoha 404.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is included with reservation for registered guests. Located only a 1/4 mile from Manualoha 404, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.

Liked everythingaccept communication on how to get wifi and lack of condiments ie salt and pepper
The unit was quite nice, and the grounds and location are even better. My only complaints is that the unit would become unbearably hot at times. It gets a lot of sun and only has passive cooling options (open the windows at night...Then spend the day debating if you should keep the windows open for a breeze, or close all the windows and blinds to try to keep it cool). Also, for a location that is so dependent on environmental sustainability and markets itself as a place to experience incredible nature, it’s really a shame that the property does not provide any form of recycling. It’s really the ethical business model that all businesses on the island and anywhere should be participating in. They say there is recycling available several blocks away, however despite all my best efforts I could not find it.
Indeed a piece of paradise
Everything was beautiful and perfect except no A.C shocking humidity and not enough air circulation. Easy fix, get an air conditioner. We were told that electricity is expensive and hardly anyone has it. But wow what a lovely condo otherwise. Perfect location, easy access to stores , roads , parking and beach. I will return. Mahalo

Property really needs aircondioning upstairs. Unbearable sitting trying to eat. Beautiful views, great barbecue, gorgeous kids beach. Loved it!
This suite is wonderful. Gorgeous sunsets and a great ocean view. We encountered a number of maintenance issues during our stay- dryer broken, bulbs burnt out, a mirror falling off the wall, phone not working, BBQ outside very slow to heat up and cook food. Front desk was polite and diligent about getting to issues. Overall, despite issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return.Very close to excellent tennis courts which we used daily.
