Sugar Beach (the longest stretch of beach in Hawaii) has miles of sandy coastline; perfect for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking or canoeing. This is the perfect beach for morning or sunset walks and is a great place to spot turtles! There are also several tide pools along the walk that may interest the younger beach combers. While walking, make sure to stop by the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge. Stroll on the wooden boardwalk and look out onto the glassy waters and lush foliage of this natural reserve.

Beautiful, clean room right on the water with unobstructed views. Only issue is that the sheet didn’t fit the bed.
Had a very pleasant 10 days on our first trip to maui. At the center of our wonderful vacation was the sugar beach side resort. Wake up to the oceanside vibes. Go for a walk, run or swim was the perfect start to every morning. And then back to chill on the patio with a cup of coffee. This vrbo had everything we could ask for and more. If we're lucky we will come back to maui and without hesitation check to see availability of this vrbo. Thanks host for making everything so easy. We loved your spot.....thanks for sharing !
Great place, good location and enjoyed beach and pool

Very nice unit and location. Property was clean and great communication with property manager
The only downside we felt was that the furniture in the living room was a bit dated but otherwise this was perfect. We loved the first floor walk out that allowed our two littles to go in and out to the grass whenever they wanted. The beach is just a couple steps past the grass and it was nice and calm with really little waves that weren't too much for our 1 and 2 year old. The unit had everything you could need and was super conveniently located. We stayed at the Marriott before here and I wish we had just come here for the whole trip. Hope to come back some day in the future!
We loved staying right on the beach in this quiet, clean condo! They had great beach gear which was fun for the kids. We loved eating meals and drinking coffee on the lanai while our kids ran around the palm trees on the grass. Not the comfiest beds, but we loved this property, and the hosts/management were fantastic! They gave us so many tips about places to go and we found our favorite beach and bakery because of them! Would absolutely stay here again!

This condo has everything you are looking for ! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and just a few steps out of the lanai and you’re on the beach ! It was conveniently located in a non busy area of Kīhei which was perfect for the kids no need to cross busy streets to get to the beach it had appliances silverware and things to take to the beach the bathroom had a funky smell but other than that it was pretty close to perfect we will definitely stay here again
