Welcome to Sugar Beach Resort #203! This attractive and newly renovated oceanfront condo has access to a community outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gas grills! Admire breathtaking garden and ocean views from your private lanai, which features natural afternoon shade allowing an easy escape from the heat of the afternoon sun. The lanai is the perfect place to entertain your dinner guests with very comfortable furniture and impressive views.
Inside, you will find a fully air-conditioned, bright, and spacious living area with all new comfy high-end furnishings and lots of natural light. Your condo includes large screen smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. High-speed internet free WiFi and an enhanced TV sports package make it the perfect fit for movie lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. You will want to take advantage of the fully updated kitchen with all new higher-end appliances to prepare your favorite meal. With your relaxation and comfort in mind, the recently finished (July 2022) renovation included a complete kitchen remodel with all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

Overall relaxing stay. Booking and communication were timely and reassuring that property would be as advertised. We were very comfortable with our 2 week stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable and it’s very convenient to be able to wash clothing. We enjoyed afternoon swims and walks on the beautiful beach. The unit is close to restaurants, shopping and many Maui activities. It was a great place to come back to after a long day exploring. We can’t wait to return!
we liked the unit and the view. Only problem for us was the noise from the nearby pool. We like quiet.
Overall was extremely happy, requesting a non shoe household the floors were way too dirty. Half a roll of paper towels was in sufficient.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to really good restaurants and cafe’s. Had nice access to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here!
The condo was in a great location, steps to the beach, nice pool/hottub and walkable to market and shaved ice. Downside- the floors were so dirty…. Walking around with my bare feet my feet were black by the end of the day, it was gross. The shower, and bedroom nightstands had hair/dirt on them, and we’re not as clean as hoped. I also wish there were dishcloths rather then 1 sponge. Can’t really wash the counter or much with one little sponge. Besides those few things it had nice furnishings, beautiful view, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Just remember to bring your own coffee.

Loved this condo, updated with washer and dryer. Close to beach and Kihei area. Had all necessary amenities and great pool and hot tub area.
The property is very nice, convenient location and the room was as advertised. The condo is clean and modern, well furnished with everything you need for your stay here. A minor issue with the screen door, it doesn’t open and close properly, other than that everything was great
Great place to stay
Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only Con is I did not enjoy the shower head as it was a pain to try and switch back and fourth. The unit would benefit from having dish cloths added.
