Check out this renovated eloquent style condo suite in the Tradewinds Plaza. Situated only a block away from one of the most-famous beaches in the entire world! This unit is located on the 7th floor.

For your convenience and comfort we have a window unit AC in the living room to efficiently cool the entire unit. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has two queen-size beds. There is a large smart flat-screen TV in the room as well.

All linens, towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the first floor and coin-operated/ or Apply Pay. Wireless high-speed internet and FREE Parking are both complimentary(Average Waikiki Parking Price $45/day).

HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-25 minutes’ ride. Prices are around $35-$40 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECK IN FEE:

Due to must to attend for check in, we charge $25 of check in fee.

• YOU MUST REGISTER WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO THE BUILDING. THERE IS A CLIPBOARD WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM THERE BY THE ENTRANCE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL IT OUT ON ARRIVAL AND PUT IT IN THE SLOT FOR THE MANAGER.
• * Although we strive to keep all pests away from our units with quarterly pest controls and other means, there is unfortunately no way to 100% protect our units 100% of the time from pests due to the condominium setting that we are in. Please remember that even with all the efforts that we put in there is always a chance of pests in any unit due to the tropical climate that we are in.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo.
