This place is a great location, right on a perfect little beach to watch the sunset! Rich was a wonderful and responsive host.
Beautiful unit newly renovated. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice ocean views, however, it comes with lots of noise and the homeless set up directly across the street.

Great host, location and an very comfy bed. Had beach amenities which were an added touch and much appreciated!
Room temperature when I arrived extremely cold. Had to adjust temperature. Difficulty opening door to lani. Had made mistake as to checkout time. Had to have a temporary code to get back inside to complete packing up. Had left phone in room unable to contact owner. Thankfully desk person contacted someone to assist with a code. All i all I would higjly recommend this unit to friends and family. Next time here I will attempt to stay here again. Mahalo.
I had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos and was thoughtfully arranged. All the listed amenities were exactly as described, which made my stay so convenient. The room was newly renovated with clean finishes, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the small touches from the owner, like the kitchen amenities and beach activities items, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was fast and clear - they answered all my questions and made my stay extra comfortable. A big thank you to the owner for the warm hospitality and for making my visit to Kona, Big Island, so memorable. I highly recommend to anyone considering this property to anyone considering a stay in Kona!
Host was responsive and super friendly. Such a clean place love the coffee Kurig maker and pods right there for us. Air conditioning is awesome comfy bed and lots of room to move around. Loved -the lanai beautiful view and very thoughtful about everything in the closet you will need to enjoy the beach. Nice sink and shower area!! Loved our stay!!
