Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

We had an issue with the a/c in the small bedroom, but the manager rectified it immediately. She was very responsive and helpful. Rileen was awesome!
This was a great place just a half a block from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again! It was clean and organized with very cheerful decor. It was a bit pricey, but perhaps that’s because we booked late.Probably one of our favorite places of the trip.

Perfect location, walking distance to both beaches, couple of nice restaurants, coffee, lots of turtles, very beautiful!!

If we come back to Hawaii, we would like to stay here again. PS the laundry packets need to be marked. It took us some time to figure out what they were.
Clean, comfortable and well stocked unit an easy walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a great treat to discover the sea turtles at the shore.

The pros: excellent location and only one block away from Poipu Beach. Great to have A/C units in bedrooms. Check in and out process was seamless. The cons: the unit is not well maintained and there was a water line break in the kitchen during our stay. Vrbo/Vacasa was excellent in moving us to another unit the same day, but the bathroom sink and shower need to be fixed/maintained.
