*NEW* Oceanfront Resort Living Near Kapa'a's Beach and Shops

We had a great 6 night stay with two adults and two kids. Pictures are very accurate and everything was clean upon arrival. Communication through the Vacasa app was easy to receive door and pool codes. The bathrooms are huge, with three toilets, so it was a welcome expansion from all of us in one hotel bathroom. The condo was stocked with most things you need - trash bags, dish washer and washing machine pods, hand soap, shampoo, trash bags, paper towel. It was so nice to have this already in place and not have to buy it, like I’ve had to do at some VRBOS. Views to the ocean were great, and some nights a band plays on the patio of the restaurant and you can sit in the porch and enjoy. The hotel restaurant was very tasty with friendly waitstaff. The pool was entertaining for kids ages 9 and 12. The two water slides and lazy river kept them busy most evenings. You could order pool side lunch through an app.The location was great - shorter drive to the south and we did Hanalei twice. Many food trucks (Thai and Poke next to Kenji’s and The Mitsubi Trick were amazing) were close. Safeway is walkable across the street was easy for groceries - download their app for decent discounts before going.A very easy place to stay. Thank you for a great week!

The property is in a great location, we’ve stayed here before. This unit is in need of attention. Upon arrival, the A/C was not working. Communicated with VaCasa, but it was after 6pm on a Friday, the agent indicated we would hear from the management co - but that never happened. Saturday morning, called VaCasa again. Agent wasn’t certain they’d be able to do something since it was the weekend. After several more calls, management sent someone from their staff to investigate. Took him a while, but he was successful. Most of the issue was poor maintenance of the unitMultiple minor maintenance issues still exist in this unit. Hope someone figures out how to do the upkeep to this beautiful unit. Also, some furniture needs replacing. Worn out.

We had the unfortunate experience on our second day, of having a plumbing problem that couldn’t be fixed. The smell was intolerable. However, the management took very good care of us and had us move to another unit. The second unit was very clean and we were able to finally relax.

This is my 2nd time at this beautiful condo. I hope to visit again in a few years. The corner unit views are beautiful!The condo is spacious, well appointed & comfortable. My only wish would be a safe in the room.

Location for beach view and beautiful pool view great! Very well built condos appointed with high end furniture and appliances. Sealy posturpedic mattresses. Well insulated walls where you couldn’t hear neighbors. We loved staying here!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment is located very close to the ocean and has a direct view of the ocean from the two bedrooms and living room area. The pool area was wonderful and maintained in a very good condition. The condo association also has an exercise room that is equipped with free weights, several resistant weight machines and a variety of running machines and bikes. The resort is also located across the street from a shopping center that includes a Safeway grocery store, a Ross clothing store and several restaurants.

This home was perfectly centrally located to access all points of interest on the island. The home came equiped with beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for the beach days. The pool is massive and has 2 slides and 3 hot tubs. There's also an incredible ocean view from the balcony. No black out curtains had us waking up pretty early.

We only stayed in this unit for two days since the first one we stayed in wasn’t available for the entire stay. This unit was so nice! We had some chocolates and goodies waiting for us on the counter, lights lit to welcome us. Very clean, lovely furnishings and a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the pool. We usually stay in the ground floor units but we will likely book this one when we return to Kauai especially now that our kids are older and we don’t need the ease of ground floor entries.

What a beautiful resort and room. Plenty of space, resort was peaceful even at the pool. Just so relaxing. Saw a Hawaiian monk seal perched on the beach in front of the hotel. Close to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was a great condo! the view was great, location was good. Will stay here again.

Great home with a great view

We stayed here during a recent business trip to Kauai. The unit was immaculately cleaned and the view was spectacular! We liked it so much we rebooked the unit again for a November business trip. I would stay here for vacation as well.
