Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, minigolf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

Things to do
A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

We loved this house. It was far enough from the resorts that it was very quiet but the Hilton was a 7 minute drive. The rooms were comfy and a great size. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing including a cocktail shaker. The outdoor space is perfect. The table sat the 8 of us comfortably. There was plenty of cozy places to sit and enjoy the weather. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.
family of 9. To start only 7 towels that we could find. After asking for more we found some in a random drawer not in bathrooms. Kitchen sink takes over 10 min to get hot enough to wash dishes at breakfast and dinner. Shower water was hit and miss. Be sure to read agreement on set temperature. The thermostat is locked at 72 but house was reading 75 in kitchen and far bedrooms. We did have the “team” come to check things out . They brought 4 more towels but we had 9 people. In the end we did not even have 2 towels each for the week.. The house is pretty and clean the hot water was an issue if you are using the kitchen. Staffs idea of hot and warm water were not the same ad ours and it was difficult to get help at all with hot water issue. The gas stove shoots out high flames. If a few adjustments could have been fixed it would have been A much better stay
We had an amazing stay at the property! It was fully stocked with solid items in the pantry and plenty of space. While one floor and fairly large, the home was extremely warm and cozy. The bikes and equipment in the garage were put to good use! Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
This was a solid stay - no complaints for the property. It has everything you need, All-Clad cookware, baking tools, beach towels, etc. Laundry room, outdoor shower, and plenty of activity "fixins". We just wish it was closer to the beach so the "youngins" in our group could go to the beach/pool on their own~ The Hilton pool passes were a really nice touch as the property does not have its' own pool.
We had a beautiful stay, nice and relaxing. We did notice a few things we'd like to mention…it seems that it’s a “private” road, but wish there were some street lights to illuminate the road, our address itself was not illuminated(no big deal), I'm not sure why the man hole covers are elevated, I believe hey should be flush and same height as the road, also for the next renters, you might want to let them know about the pool, I didn't realize till the last day that parking was free with validation, after paying for parking the first day, we had someone drop us off, then pick us up after...we found out on our last day when we went to check in and get towels, the workers told us that parking was free... But other than that, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay Mahalo John & Shanita Akana

We stayed here as a family of 5 in August 2024 and my husband and I said it's one of the best rentals we've stayed in. It was fully stocked...beach chairs, coolers, bikes, etc, the backyard had amazing sunsets, house was clean, great location. Would stay here again!
Property was better than advertised. Great for entertainment. BBQ and outdoor dinner with amazing views. Use of Hilton facilities was easy and convenient. We were able to swim with turtles and enjoy great meals on the Hilton Property. Conveniently located with ease to to anywhere on the island.
One of the most well-stocked homes we’ve ever visited. Lots of beach gear (coolers, towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, snorkels, etc) and nicely stocked kitchen. Convenient access to the Hilton pool. Great floor plan for two families with 2 bedrooms on each side and kitchen/living/dining at the center. We needed tool to attach a trailer to a bike and management arrived within hours to help. Thanks for a great stay!
We were 2 families traveling together and this property was perfect for our group. The layout of the house itself is great for two separate parties with a large entertainment/gathering area in the middle. The house was clean, well stocked and overall a great experience. Also, the water gear, beach chairs and bikes were an added benefit and everything was well maintained. The property is in the Waikoloa Village loop so very easy to get to the main village area and to the Hilton. The day passes to Hilton were easy to use, with parking included. This was a great way to have the comfort of a house with the benefit of a resort. Would recommend and rebook in the future!
The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We were a little disappointed at the lack of window treatments in the house, meaning just shears and no real way to block out the sun should you want to sleep past 6:30 am and the lack of television at the house, despite the listing saying that there is cable. We also didn't realize that the house is separate apartments combined. But overall, the view made up for everything else.
