Waikoloa Colony Villas is close to the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort, where the coast, golf, and dinner plans are all within a short drive or walk. Anaeho'omalu Beach brings white sand and a broad bay, while Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace make it easy to grab groceries, browse, or choose a restaurant. The resort's lava fields, fishponds, and green fairways give this part of the Kohala Coast a distinctive look. It is especially convenient for families who want their beach days and errands to stay close together.

Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, a straightforward drive down the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended since the coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots without much hassle.

Each building will take about two weeks to complete, with the entire property expected to take about one year. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
