Newly Renovated Second Floor North Shore Princeville Condo Master Bedroom & Loft

The condo was great. A/C was nice to have after a long hot day of hiking. The princeville area is a great base for exploring the North Shore. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was accommodating and fast at responding. The condo amenities were great and then condo itself was very very clean with cute decorations. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and nicely organized. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was newly done. Having an in unit laundry was convenient and came in handy. We were within walking distance to beaches, walking trails and even a music festival

The condo was fantastic! It was great having a loft for my friend to sleep. The loft bed and Master bed were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Has a nice hot tub and pool. I felt right at home.

Beautiful and peaceful lodging. It was close to shops and a grocery store. The main road to anywhere was nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This condo was perfect for our eight day getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer, especially after hiking the Nā Pali Coast during a rain/mud storm! There were even a few seasonings in the kitchen and enough detergent to do multiple loads of laundry. What a blessing! We also loved the outdoor covered lanai to eat our tropical fruit for breakfast!The one thing to improve on would be a softer bed and/or topper and upgrade the pillows.The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was very comfortable and clean…had everything we needed ! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler! Bed was very nice and had many extras in the cupboard! Would highly recommend Mike’s condo! Just do it!

Mike was a great host and the unit was comfortable and well appointed. There was an issue out of his control but he took care of it swiftly and made sure our visit was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kauai.

The place was super nice. Lots of little comforts of home, as opposed to hotel or timeshare places. We would definitely come back. Mike was easy to work with and replied very quickly if we had questions.

Location is close to several beaches. Cooler, chairs and umbrella provided. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. Property was clean and well maintained. Great location in Princeville. Be sure to read the listing carefully as there is no A/C (which we were aware of), but the fans do a pretty good job keeping things cool. Would recommend as a home base for your north shore adventures.

ok there was no a / c unit or heater .so half a couple day go bye we . wifey call the owner all he had to say oh yes it's been colder . .

This is a beautiful area. The condo was very well equipped and we had everything we needed.Mike was available if needed and all information we needed was clearly laid out.The pool and grounds were great and kept very clean.We enjoyed our stay.

Mike is a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay there as it was a convenient location for being close to family that were also on the island. I would definitely stay again.

The condo is nice and clean with full kitchen. I think the only minor issue was finding the assigned car parking spot. Information on where to park should have been provided earlier. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

It was a pleasure and respite to stay at Mike's home in Princeville, which is both a short ride to Hanalei and very walkable to the shuttle service to Napali. Would absolutely recommend! We also enjoyed the farmer's market and food trucks, also a quick walk nearby.

Great stay and experience with this property. The place was clean. Location was excellent in Princeville! A quick drive for all your north shore activities. Owner was very responsive the 2 times we had questions and reached out. Was here for a honeymoon stay for a few days and wouldn’t definitely stay here again!

Was happy to be back! We enjoyed our stay at the condo second time and definitely will be back next year! The place is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, we enjoyed making breakfast in the morning, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast. It very nice to have washer and dryer next to the kitchen, we used it often. Same as last time, it was nice to have extra blanket and pillows in the closet. Thank you Mike for hosting us.

We stayed at the Sandpiper in 2023 and again in 2024 as we enjoyed the accommodations!

What a great place! Bigger than I expected, super clean and very well equipped and organized. The washer and dryer is a total plus! Mike was wonderful to deal with, answered all my questions super promptly, easy check in, and check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend and would def come back. Mahalo Mike!

We’ve stay 5 nights at this condo and really appreciate. The condo was clean, has a complete kitchen, and two comfortable beds. The WiFi works well. We slept very well even if there was no A-C. We really appreciate the extras included like beach chairs, ombrella, cooler and ice packs, and the pantry basics food. The owner was very kind. We recommend this condo.

Great support from the host along with the amenities and privacy made this the perfect getaway and home base for our first trip to Kauai and we look forward to repeating this trip next fall to continue our exploration. We loved our stay in this perfect condo!!! It was the best one in the entire complex, especially for privacy on the lanai! And the owners are amazing and so very kind!!

The property was exactly as advertised and well appointed with everything needed for a long stay and a great day at the beach. Could use better directions to the parking spot but not that difficult to find. The proximity to many beautiful beaches on the north side of the island is a plus. Mahalo Mike!

This property had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Mike was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The lanai was very private. We felt totally private.

This condo was super clean and welcoming, which made for great first impressions. The unit had everything we needed, including a life-saving sewing kit, reusable shopping bags, and an informational beach guide. Would love to stay here again if (hopefully when) we come back to the Island.

Great condo. All the amenities of home. No AC so all the windows have to stay open which means you hear everthing in the complex. Neighbors are quite by 10ish pm. Location is great for the north shore. About 45min to the south shore. Overall great place.

The condo was perdect! It is in a great location and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. I booked this place for a friend and I to stay while we visited for a wedding so the in-unit washer/dryer was so handy. Plus there is a second bedroom up in the loft that is hard to see by the pictures alone - it was super convenient for us and I bet it would be the perfect amount of space for a family or a few friends to split. Mike was also super communicative before and during my reservation. Check in was a breeze and the house rules and requests list in the unit made checkout easy as well.

The apartment is excellently equipped, spacious, and well laid out. The location is outstanding. Highly recommended!

The condo was easy to find and the reserved parking spot was close. Everything in the condo was well organized and clean. All the comforts you need for 12 days (or longer). Fantastic kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans. Lovely dappled shade on lanai with plenty of outdoor chairs and coffee table. Ate our breakfasts on the lanai every morning. Mike was the best! Responded quickly to our texts and was eager to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Princeville is a great area and we walked to Hideaway Viewpoint Park several times for the sunset. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful, with everything that you needed. It is the perfect location to a lot of things on the island. Could not have asked for a better host along the way too! Highly recommend!

This condo was very clean and peaceful. The patio that overlooked the court yard was lovely and the trees offered privacy. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a few meals in which was nice. The condo is located near the pool which made it easy to hop in for a dip. Even though we didn’t use it, the loft is an added bonus with a queen sized bed and bathroom. It was very convenient that this place comes with everything you need for the beach like towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was perfect for us…just the right size for the two of us! We loved everything from location to beach equipment to island style cottage to the very beautiful walking path leading to romantic Hanalei Bay sunsets. Thanks for making our Kauai trip so lovely!!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful vacation home. It was super clean, warm and comfy and fully stocked with everything you need! Washer/dryer on site a real bonus too! The lanai is large and very private with the gorgeous trees in front - being covered over means you can still enjoy Kauai coffee or dinner on the lanai even when it’s raining. Mike was superb to deal with - we had the pleasure of meeting him in person too - he was super helpful and responded in minutes of an inquiry! We couldn’t have enjoyed staying here more and will definitely be back soon! Thanks Mike, you are a premier and fantastic host - Aloha!

This lovely condo was exactly as shown! Really well set up and spacious for my husband and I. We enjoyed the kitchen and huge lanai as well as the huge shower. Mike was easy to communicate with and answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks Mike!!

My wife and I came out to Kauai for two weeks as part of a Hawaii vacation. This is by far the nicest island and the Hanalei side is the most beautiful. Mike was an excellent host. The condo was clean and has a great kitchen. Cooler and beach chairs provided. Nice pool. Easy access for surfing, snorkeling or hiking. Locals live there as well so not a party spot (quiet). Great place

Clean, spacious, well ventilated, ac was not necessary. Mike even provided lawn chairs which we took to the beach. Condo and dedicated parking space was a bit hard to find at first, but no big deal. A nice 25 minute walk past the golf course to grocery store and a few restaurants- we liked Tiki Iniki. Would definitely stay here again!
