Slice of Paradise Villa provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for large groups of up to 10 people and is an inviting, welcoming, relaxing home for your Hawaiian vacation.

• Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend with your friends and family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; our hope is this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds.
The fourth bedroom has two TwinXL beds that can also be combined into a King with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.
Beyond building an elegant, yet comfortably furnished home, we know it's often the small surprises and conveniences that make all the difference.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a super market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

it was great
Beautiful home. Very well maintained. Had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Management company was helpful and responsive. Would definitely return with our family of 6.
Private beach was beautiful with great bar and grill. Beautiful hikes in the neighborhood. Lanai was perfect. Great table for 8. Grill worked beautifully. Only problem was in kitchen- faucet stuck on sprayer and garbage disposal required use of a wine cork to turn off. Proximity to golf and Fairmont and Starbucks appreciated. Rooms were perfect, beds comfortable and living space perfect. Appreciated the use of large garage for one vehicle. The vibe of the unit was so chill- easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again!
We had great time in big island staying in this house. It is spacious for our family which consists of 8 including children and elders. It has all the things you need and the owner is very thoughtful to have bikes and all things you need for a beach day. The amenities are fantastic which includes a private beach, pools and gym. Although it is a bit far from the center of Kona but the grocery store outside of the community is convenient to get most of the things you need. Highly recommended for large family!

This is a lovely unit that easily accommodated our family of 9. Loads of great water toys, bicycles, lovely lanais and nice, comfy bedrooms.
This is a beautiful, well-appointed home in a lovely development. Plenty of space for our family of 8, and everything we needed--from snorkel gear and beach towels to a well-appointed kitchen--was provided. Management provided detailed info about both the house and local attractions. In addition, they were very helpful navigating Hawaii's travel restrictions and always easy to contact. Highly recommend! We hope to go back!
