Summary:
This luxurious 2 bedroom + loft villa is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, right across the shared BBQ and swimming pool area. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
The Waikoloa Beach Resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, fitness room, and BBQ stations to enjoy.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.
You'll be 1 mile from the white sandy beach, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). King's and new Queen's shops are less than a mile away and offer great shopping and dining choices. Swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation.
Enter through the double doors to a comfortable living room with seating around a 70" Smart HDTV and access to a wrap around lanai. Enjoy outdoor cookouts on the BBQ grill out on the lanai overlooking the golf course.
The large kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances to make homemade meals. There are several restaurants nearby to enjoy if you don't feel like cooking! The kitchen has a breakfast nook for 4 and the formal dining room has seating for 6.
The 2 master bedrooms have King beds, a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st master bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd master bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a standing shower.
The loft has 2 Twin beds and a small work desk if you need to get some work done! There is a shared half bathroom available as well. There is central AC to keep you cool during the Summer months!
This is a single story villa so you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage up any stairs. Each room ensures privacy and is the perfect getaway for friends and family looking to relax and explore the Hawaiian island!
Air-conditioning in the condo: The A/C is set to come on only when the temperature in the condo exceeds 75F. The A/C is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Air-conditioning in the condo: We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 76F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. The AC is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the AC. To turn the AC on, simply turn the nest dial to adjust the temperature setting.

High recommend for beach and golf holiday on big island. Lovely large house with large patio looking out onto fairway. Pool and bbq across the road. Shops and beach within walking distance.
The condo was bright & spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished and equipped with everything needed, including generous soap & paper products to start. The large lanai has wide choice of seating. The Shores grounds are beautifully kept with lovely pool, tennis courts & BBQ areas. The host, Grand Hawaiian Vacations, was very responsive. It would have been nice to know of the attached studio apartment, which is rented separately, as we might have booked it as well.
The unit was fantastic, the two ensuites worked out perfectly for our stay. The complex was very quiet and relaxing and being so close to the pool and hot tub was an added bonus!
The Villa is lovely and location was great. The lanai floor was dirty with dust, gecko droppings, and a precious guests pool shoes, & the outside chairs were dusty, but the property managers were quick to respond to my messages; they sent someone out the next day to take care of that. At that time, 10am Saturday morning, the staff also chose to complete gardening tasks, including running a loud blower for an extended period of time while we were very obviously sitting outside enjoying brunch. That was weird. There was no carafe in the coffee pot and we received a replacement coffee pot on Saturday morning. Luckily, there was a French press we could use. I found it surprising that, although fully stocked with kitchen equipment, there was no welcome basket with local fruit and coffee, as is a typical standard on island for vacation rentals.The fan in the oven is extremely loud. These were small inconveniences, and otherwise the villa is lovely.
The location and the house layout were perfect for us. Great view of the golf course. We loved the outside patio and big bed rooms. I wish we had a BBQ grill and more basic condiments, like cooking oil.
Lovely condo with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Beautiful sunsets! Right across the street from the pool. We had some issues with a few things but the property managers were very prompt in responding to me and repaired the issues quickly.
Rental process and access went very smoothly. Great villa in terms of space but showing it’s age. Cleanliness could have been better. LR rug dirty, couch cushions full of dust. All upholstery needs a good deep clean. Unit beach supplies are in bad shape - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. all need replacing. We ended up purchasing our own and leaving at the villa. Kitchen could be better equipped - only two dish towels, (bought my own) no dishcloths, broken can opener, no real coffee maker (lots of parts and pieces), Having said all this - awesome location, beautiful idyllic grounds, well maintained. Right across from the beautiful pool. Great wrap around lanai for early morning coffee and sunsets and a beautiful sheltered outdoor eating area! Lovely clean bbq. Very spacious for a family. Awesome floor plan! With a little TLC this unit would be outstanding.
Had a great short trip. Property was beautiful and spacious. 10/10!
