Guest check-in is at the Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER’s office located at the Kings’ Shops, 69-250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13. Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm daily. Guests arriving after 5pm must contact the office prior to arrival at kcc@outrigger.com or 808-866-0036 to receive important check-in instructions.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am
