Overall good experience therefore stayed at better units before At day of checkout at 10:30 cleaning ladies open front door without knocking while me standing in my underwear. That is really spoiled experience. We checked out at 11:05 and felt that we were pushed out of unit. Cleaning ladies saying that they have early checkout and need to clean. At 1108 mabaging officr sent us message threatening late checkout fee

Nice quiet location. Nice having beach equipment. Would suggest a 2nd umbrella. Fitness center could use some work. Odd having to go to their business office to pick up gift and bag, why not just put I. The room. Overall a great stay and will look to return on a future trip.

Spacious, clean, and filled with light!

The amenities were in good condition, and we had an email upon arrival in the unit from Resortica managers. They said to come to their office an pick up the welcome gift, which we strongly believe that it should have been in the apartment when we arrived and needed most.

Very clean, access to workout area, view of sunrise and sunset from the covered corner deck! Pool wasn’t very busy.

Loved the birds from the balcony while enjoying breakfast and coffee in the morning. Also enjoy the community for easy walking access to shops, beaches, and great shaved ice as well.

We enjoyed having the beach supplies available. The terrace was nice to use after long days touring. One suggestion would be for lounge chairs on the terrace not only upright chairs.

We really enjoyed our stay here and found everything to be as represented in the listing. Nice location within the condominium complex, with ocean view in the distance from the balcony, and to the east a lovely landward view. Easy walking distance to Anaehoomalu Bay for swimming! Very comfortable bed and all was clean and well appointed.

Great, clean, quiet place.

Beautifully renovated condo. Very easy check in and communication with management. Big comfortable king bed. Appreciated minimal stuff to do for checkout (have had to strip beds, etc at other properties). Property very nice. Heated pool (was always 84 degrees) and nice hot tub. Only small negative is that sofa bed not very comfortable. Probably ok for kids or a teen (like ours). Don’t think an adult back would appreciate it. Would definitely recommend / stay again.

Great location to see the island

This one bedroom condo was wonderful. Clean, airy, comfortable, convenient and the pictures are as advertised! Very quiet community. Great kitchen, washer/dryer! Coffee maker is sublime!

Overall, lovely condo, nicely updated and comfortable. Well equipped save a few minor items like cheese grater and vegetable peeler in kitchen for when you wish to prepare your own meals. Also, could be practical to add a couple of reading lamps in living room. Otherwise, a great spot in Waikoloa Beach Resort! Would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers going to this location on the Big Island!

This property is well maintained and very conveniently located to all the Waikoloa resort area has to offer. Nice peek a boo view of the ocean. Light, bright and airy. The washer/dryer in the unit were great to have, although a little small. All in all a great trip and would stay here again!
