Welcome to the Shores at Waikoloa, a gated community featuring lush landscaping, koi ponds,
waterfalls and resort style amenities including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tennis

Condo #123 in the Banyan building is a fully renovated ground floor corner unit that has been
designed for relaxing comfortably both inside and out.
The luxurious 1286 square foot interior has 2 primary bedrooms suites with beautifully tiled
walk-in showers, floating vanities, LED floor lighting and high quality linens. The gourmet open
concept kitchen is stocked with starter cooking supplies including oils, vinegars and spices
and fully stocked with dinnerware, cooking utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee/tea bar, wine
fridge and outdoor dinnerware for entertaining on the patio or at the pool. High speed internet
and Wifi, Smart TV’s, ceiling fans, air conditioning and a new washer and dryer provide you
with the comfort and conveniences of home.
The fully covered 700 square foot patio features 4 separate areas for dining, lounging and
entertaining and includes a beautiful exterior wet bar and 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool and
relaxed. In the evenings stretch out on the loungers and listen to the music from the nearby
luaus.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is home to 3 - 9 hole golf courses each offering a different view of
the Resort’s beautiful landscape. Several walking and running paths wind throughout the
resort. An enjoyable 15 minute walk from the condo brings you to the The Kings and Queens
markets with over 60 stores, multiple restaurants, movie theatre, grocery store, farmer’s
markets and a shop where you can rent your snorkel gear, paddle boards and bikes. Wander
down to the popular ocean front Lava Lava Beach Club where you can dine with your feet in
the sand or pack up the wagon with the beach chairs and coolers. Have a picnic and witness

Hi, We just spent 16 nights staying in this condo in February. I've stayed in various units at the Waikoloa Beach resort over the years, and this one was absolutely the best! The kitchen was amazing, and made cooking and food prep enjoyable. The Lanai had several cozy sitting areas and was huge!! Both bedrooms had great ensuite bathrooms so it's perfect for two couples. There was also lots of beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, coolers which we always appreciate. I have nothing but positive things to say about this unit. Hope to be back someday!
Second year we’ve stayed in paradise. This property cannot be better. Highly recommend to all.
We have stayed several times at The Shores and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. It has been updated and is in excellent condition. There is plenty of room and the wrap around porch has a ton of space as well with plenty of seating. I highly recommend this location!
We loved our stay at this great condo. It was on the ground floor so you heard a little noise from the people above you. Especially on the patio, it sounded like they were moving their balcony furniture four times a day, LOL. Nice sized kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and bathrooms.
This condo is beautifully appointed and the owners have thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!
The place was beautiful. The only comment I would make is to put some type of curtains on the windows. People were always looking the windows when they were walking and cutting through the grass to the pool.
We stayed for 8 days at this wonderful condo/home . It was absolutely amazing freshly remodeled/ updated with the best of everything. Brand new I mean. Everything you could possibly need and more .it was well stocked from linens : pillows ,kitchen gadgets , towel to beach chairs and more . You will be very impressed with how clean and nice the condo it . We were very happy and would come back with family anytime. Only problem we came across was the neighbour. They complained we were too loud on the patio. We sat outside for supper and drinks and played cards every night . The quiet time is at 9:00 we were still having supper at that time . So be super your in bed by 9:00 or inside as the neighbour will complain. All in all wonderful stay and beautiful new condo loaded with everything you possible need to make your stay in Hawaii amazing . The condo was loaded with brand new cooking items , dishes and glasses and the linens on the bed were bamboo and absolutely so soft and comfortable. The condo was close to the pool and all the bbqs for making super . Thank you for letting us stay In your wonderful home .
Beautiful property locate 5 minutes from two shopping centers. Condo is exactly as pictured. Very responsive property management. Highly recommended!!
