Well appointed condo with plenty of room for two adults. Great location to travel around the island. Two hours from Volcano, 30 minutes to South Kona, 30 minutes to Waimea.
My only suggestion would be to not have a 9 digit keycode - keep it simple at 4

Everything was very nice. I would definitely recommend. Very clean and well stocked.
Close to pool, beach, shopping. Beautiful and easy 1 mile walk to King Shops & Queens Court.
The house is beautiful in a great community. We didn't use all the amenities that went with it. The beach club a couple of times and the workout room. There are so many good beaches close by that we used the beach chairs provided and went and hiked to other beaches. We traveled from there to historic sites and foodie places. Laura Lee responded quickly to a couple of questions and was patient when I didn't complete a form. We will definitely highly recommend this rental. Thank you Laura Lee and Raymond
Great location in the middle of Waikaloa Beach, minutes from A-Bay and shops. About a half an hour from Hapuna Beach. Great walking to the Kings Shops and the Queen’s Marketplace.If you are a party of two this property is a can’t miss.
Nice. Convenient
Well stocked condo with easy ground floor access. Key pad access sensitive and quirky. Washer and dryer need a deep clean. Internet went out, but property management was responsive. Great to have beach chairs and snorkel equipment available. Suggest a drying rack fir wet towels and swim suits.

Well equipped, peaceful, and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.
This is the most well stocked and what I call appointed condo I have rented in the last 10 years. Great king size bed, lots of towels for beach and bath, a great assortment of small appliances in the kitchen. Beach gear was wonderful and good quality. Nice appliances. We would absolutely rent again.
