Kapaa · Kauai · 2 bedrooms · 1 bathrooms · Sleeps 4 · 27 reviews

Rental Details

Rental Overview

Summary:

Step outside for a sunrise walk on the Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal trail, then come back to your private lanai for coffee before deciding where the day goes. This remodeled garden-level two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo sleeps four and puts you close to the beach and across the street from Kapaa's shopping and dining. Brand-new bathrooms, furniture, flooring, and beds give the space a clean, comfortable start, while the full kitchen and washer and dryer make the practical side of a Kauai stay easy. Rent bikes nearby to explore the shoreline path, take a short stroll to the sand, or spend an afternoon browsing Kapaa's old-town food and shops. Guests staying 14 days or longer are required to pay for a mid-stay cleaning service. This is a bright, easy East Kauai base for a small family or couple who want beach access, local flavor, and room to settle in.

The Space:

Fresh bathrooms, furniture, flooring, and beds give this garden-level condo a bright, remodeled feel. Two bedrooms and one and a half baths sleep four, and the full kitchen makes it easy to start the day slowly or come home for dinner. The private lanai is a quiet place to regroup after the beach or coastal trail, while the washer and dryer make longer stays more comfortable.

Guest Access:

Guests at Village Manor enjoy a private entrance and beautifully landscaped grounds close to the beach on Kauai's east side. Beach access is nearby, and on site parking makes it simple to come and go during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Kapaa is one of Kauai's best bases for travelers who want a shoreline town with real local texture. The Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal path runs along the Royal Coconut Coast, linking beaches and parks for easy walks, runs, and bike rides. Browse the old-town shops, stop for coffee or plate lunch, then head to the Wailua River for a kayak outing or catch sunrise over the water. The east-side location also makes day trips north or south straightforward. It is an easygoing choice for couples and small families who want Kauai beyond a single resort zone.

Getting Around:

Kapaa sits along Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, about 15 to 20 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the main strip along Kuhio Highway is walkable, with beaches, shops, restaurants, and the popular coastal path all within easy reach on foot. Grocery stores and casual dining are close by. Parking is generally available at condos and along the street, making this an easy, low stress base.

Other Things to Note:

Guests staying 14 days or longer will be required to pay for a mid stay cleaning service. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

The property was very clean and comfortable for the days we stayed here. The location was great and it was well appointed. Everyday noise from the unit above could be heard which was a distraction.

Location was great for a home base. We traveled to both the north and south shores almost everyday. It was spacious/comfy enough to relax and sleep in at night (3 guys). Good places to eat all around. Although, management was late to respond to the chat box.

It was a good location geographically but it is an older building and we experienced both flooding from the unit above us as well as the failure of the hot water tank in or unit, making for an uncomfortable stay overall. We found insects in the kitchen and so we kept our food in the refrigerator or the microwave. Lots of chickens come to the back door to beg for food for themselves and their chicks, which is sort of cute. Parking is convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised to see we were given chocolates, trail mix, coffee and one granola bar. The condo was tidy and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again!

This home is tastefully appointed and is in such a great location; close to supermarket, beach, Kapaa Town, and many restaurants. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed: plenty of beach towels, two beach chairs, cooler with ice packs, and more!

Good location on Kauai. Quiet neighborhood . Included lots of towels, 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Note that its hard to find at night. Parking spaces aren’t marked. Drive to the end of the street, last building on the left, bottom condo on the left.

Unit A12 is nicely appointed, maintained and clean. We enjoyed the welcome package. Amenities were many with a clean well-equipped kitchen including plenty of dishes, glassware, bowls and cooking utensils. There were lots of quality cleaning supplies and toiletries. The beach gear was great with quality chairs and boogie boards. We had plenty of top notch towels both bath and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Dressers had ample capacity. The furniture fit well, was functional and in good condition. Nice to have small lanais both front and rear. Great layout. Great location with good, nearby restaurants and shopping plus easy access to the extensive beach walk path.
