The Space:

The private balcony is the natural gathering spot, with ocean and beach views beyond it. Two portable air conditioners, a private washer and dryer, and room for up to four guests give you the comfort to stay in after a full day outside.

Guests at Wailua Bay View enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool, with beach access just steps away on Kauai's east shore. On site parking and a nearby laundromat make coming and going easy throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The Coconut Coast gives you the beach outside your door and Kapa'a’s small-town energy close by. Kapa'a Town is the place for an easy meal, local shopping, and supplies, while the Wailua River offers a change of pace with lush inland scenery. Lydgate Beach Park is a strong option for a more sheltered beach day. This stretch of east Kauai is especially good for sunrise, beachcombing, and days that move between the coast and the island’s green interior.
Getting Around:
Kapaa sits along Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, about 15 to 20 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the main strip along Kuhio Highway is walkable, with beaches, shops, restaurants, and the popular coastal path all within easy reach on foot. Grocery stores and casual dining are close by. Parking is generally available at condos and along the street, making this an easy, low stress base.

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Being near the Coconut Market was very convenient. It was great going to sleep listening to the waves. I had the sofa bed.
Beautiful property, very quiet, well equipped for cooking, good location for touring Kaua’i.
Unit was clean and very well equipped. Many nice touches and pleasantries. Wonderful lanai and views. Only disappointment was the mattress. The side closest to the window is very sunken and uncomfortable. I’m a petite person and found it very difficult to sleep. The other side closest to the closet was in decent shape.
Everything was just as advertised! On the first morning we couldn't get the coffee pot to work, so we reached out to the "help" contact and they dropped of a brand new coffee maker that morning!! The only problem we had was, we couldn't stay longer!! :( I would stay at this location again if I were ever lucky enough to come back to Kauai.
The condo was well kept and comfortable. It was right next to the water and it was wonderful to hear the ocean from the balcony.
Beautiful views, oceanfront, great sunrises! Clean home, had everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to coconut marketplace or Lydgate park. The park has a nice beach and swimming area.
We are so happy we stayed here. You cannot beat the view from your lanai. The condo had all the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable and the space was plenty large enough for a couple or family with small children. The location was perfect to explore both the north and south coasts. We hope to make it back here soon!
Location was great— halfway between north and south of the island. Lovely views We walked to Lydgate beach every day. Grocery store 24 hrs right nearby. We will be back!
Great location. Quiet and away from touristy areas but close enough to walk to Lydgate beach daily and an easy drive to get to other parts of the island. We’ve stayed in Princeville before, but will be coming back here again. We had a great time.
We were impressed with how clean the condo was and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our family vacation. The location was great for exploring the island. We’d absolutely stay here again.
Clean, safe condo complex. Pool is nice but cold! Used the grills near the pool area X1 and that was nice. Beach is nice and not over-populated. Enjoyed the other guests-environment is calm and friendly. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellla, and portable cooler came in handy! Kitchen had adequate amenities, we were able to steam fresh clams and cook anything we wanted. Only constructive criticism is the quality of TP and scratchy set of sheets, but both are fixable :-)
It’s hard to put down how nice this unit was. Comfortable beds, AC, washer and dryer, everything was tip top. Location is great if you are planning on exploring the island. Easy access to great bakeries, shops, and restaurants. And most of all, the view. It’s near impossible to beat a balcony on the ocean where you can sit and listen to the waves and wind, watch the surfers and the sunrise. 100/10
Amenities were awesome they had everything you need -proximity to attractions and food was great and the view is spectacular I would recommend this place to everyone

Teflon Pots were scratched up when we got there, probably because there were few nonmetal utensils to use to cook with; can opener barely works; no water boiler/tea pot. The Brita needs a new filter. The condo smells a bit musty or mildewy; the smell goes away quickly when the ac is run for a while. Other than the above, it was great - wonderful view, wonderful to have a kitchen, nice to have the ac option, we liked the non key entry; it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the lanai is fantastic, we loved having a washer/dryer, we could walk to the beach and kayaking...
The owners really thought of everything you could want/need and is labeled to eliminate any doubt! The amenities are over the top and the place couldn’t be more perfect for the price! The unit has AC and that is NOT alway the case when you rent a condo here in Kauai. The temp is always great but after a long day out side it is so nice to take a shower and not instantly be sweaty from the humidity. 11/10!
