The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. A high end grill on the lanai is part of what makes this unit in Villages stand above others.
The large covered lanai has dining room for six, in addition to the indoor eating table that seats 8. The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The lanai is equipped with BBQ, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.
The private pool and spa are great places for families or couples by day and for the adults to enjoy a glass of wine at night under the stars in the crystal clear Hawaiian skies.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
Staying at the Villages gives you full access to its newly renovated Recreation Center with fitness equipment, spa, pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private Mauna Lani beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Guests love the cabana style chairs. Parents with little kids love the calm waters and everyone can enjoy excellent snorkeling! We provide snorkel gear of various sizes and even a viewing board so your little ones can see their first tropical fish.
A short drive away are six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
A short walk from the home are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Wow! This property delivered on everything! What a beautiful home located in our favorite part of the Big Island. Our large family fit comfortably in this home. Nothing was missing during our stay. The gourmet kitchen and tranquil pool area are incredible. Fully stocked garage with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, ice chest and umbrellas for days spent at the numerous gorgeous local beaches. Just a short walk to nearby shopping and restaurants and they were fabulous. Mahalo!
The property is very comfortable for 8 in beds. The other two
Microwave wasn’t working when we moved in, management co replaced next day. Should have been checked before we moved in. We almost ran out of tp. Overall a nice place to stay.
We had an amazing time at Seabreeze. We've stayed in the Villages before in similar units so are familiar with the area. The unit had everything we needed for the pool, beach, and other activities, including for our 1 year old daughter. The property managers were very responsive and gave us all the important information well ahead of time. Would definitely recommend staying here, an easy place to make home for the week.
Everything was as advertised. Great location . Easy drives to private beach , public beach and all the amenities Kona has to offer . We have stayed at numerous properties in this complex and nothing beats this one .
We did not want to leave on checkout day. This place is paradise. The grocery store at the shops was perfect and so close. There were so many walkable attractions. The house itself was wonderfully stocked with all our kitchen, bed and bath needs. The kids found books and games too which made the stay fun in the evenings. There were ample goggles, snorkels, beach toys, chairs, and bikes for us to enjoy also. The on site gym and community pool was also a lot of fun and both were used by everyone. We cannot wait to come back. The reservation team was absolutely phenomenal and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Thank you for sharing such a special property with us! We will absolutely be back.
The house itself is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and the house beautiful. The problem was on check in. Check in time was 3pm and we arrived at that time. When we got there, the house was not ready and the cleaning people were still there along with a rep we assume was from the prop mgmt company. They said it would be ready shortly so we waited outside in our cars. It was over an hour and we didn't get any kind of an update. Just got left in our cars on a hot day. Luckily we hadn't flown in that day or it would have been a lot worse. Once we finally got in the house, you could tell they rushed the cleaning job. Some floors and areas in the bathrooms were still dirty, the beach towells were folded and put away but were still very wet. The dryer was full of more towels that were not put away, just things like that that indicate they did everything in a hurry without attention to detail. We understand that things sometimes happen, but the communication could have been much better and they could have done something for us since our check in was delayed. Like I said, the house is beautiful and amazing and we would love to stay there again but we would hesitate due to the management company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze property. It was very clean, well stocked, and the check in and out process was a breeze. The on-site pool and spa were a favorite of the kids and adults and the private beach just down the street was the perfect spot to snorkel and have a great lunch. With a store just around the corner and plenty of shopping down the street it was the perfect spot for everyone’s likes. We would definitely recommend Seabreeze to anyone looking for a fantastic family vacation.
Very good overall. Door alarms too loud!!!! Scared me to death when they went off.
