Large sliding glass doors open from the living area to a large covered lanai that showcases beautiful views of the rolling mountains and the ocean in the distance.
Inside, wood floors and high ceilings with exposed beams create a rich, warm vibe. Unwind and stream favorite shows in the living area, and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
Three well-appointed bedrooms each have something unique to offer. Downstairs, the first bedroom doubles as an office with a workstation - complete with high-speed internet. On the second floor, the guest bedroom adds a touch of sophistication with a four-poster bed, and the primary suite wows with a large jetted tub. The unit is part of a larger home, but it has its own entrance to ensure your peace and privacy.

Beautiful view and amazing yard. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues due to steep drive and stairs. Neighbors were very friendly during our morning walks.
Seabreeze is a special place. The views from the lanai and the breezes were awesome! It was a nice place to reconnect with family and relax. Would definitely recommend! Live Aloha
I do recommend this property for the property itself and the support that the owner provided us when things came up (such as the coffee maker stopped working and they came out to replace very quickly). Costco and 24hr Safeway nearby for groceries. Great local restaurants. Very close to some of the best beaches and experiences on the island. Gets you away from the chaos and crowds of Waikiki but close enough to it if you still want to enjoy the touristy side of O'ahu. The main issue we experienced were the neighbors. This is a retirement community with mostly older neighbors that obviously do not want this house to be rented out. The issue with this is that most are not local to the island and yet still feel they have a right to control property that does not belong to them. If you're comfortable dealing with annoying and nosey colonizers and aren't afraid to push back on their stupidity, then this place is the perfect location at a great price.
The house was in a quiet location and has a relaxing backyard. The open house concept was great for a cross breeze downstairs since there aren't any fans in the main living spaces. One note: The bathroom set up is not ideal since both bathrooms are located inside of bedrooms, but work ok if you are a single family ok moving in and out of bedrooms to use the restrooms. Another note that the king bed isn't a true kind bed for 2 people to sleep on but rather 2 twins beds that can be pushed together. Overall we had a good month long stay and would rent again.
Seabreeze house really does have lovely breezes off the lanai, which has a gorgeous ocean view, too! The back yard is magical with koi ponds and waterfalls. I worked in the downstairs bedroom, which makes a great office with adjustable height desk. Great place to stay.
