Wonderful condo that felt spacious for three couples sharing the space for a week. It has everything you need to take advantage of all that the Mauna Lani area has to offer. We enjoyed the private beach and tennis club particularly but also used the bikes and grill.

The home was clean and beautiful. Great neighborhood and close to everything. I would absolutely stay again. The only recommendation would be new towels for the bathrooms as they were thin (the beach towels are perfect) and to update the shower head in the master bath. It was very grimy with poor water pressure because of clogged holes. I recommend this home. It is fully stocked, especially the garage.

Great house for a few families/couples staying together. Check in, Check out process was super easy, and communication with the rental staff was very responsive. One of the best stocked kitchens around for cooking. We have been visiting the area for over 40 yrs and stayed at too many VRBOs in the area to count - this one is most definitely in the top tier!

Lots of useful items provided - bikes, boogie boards, snorkels, etc.

It took me some time before I rated our stay. We stayed in early September and it is now fast approaching Thanksgiving and I could not let go of giving both the Host and property 5 Stars. Prior to booking I do read all the reviews to help facilitate our decisions. I would 100% return and recommend to others.We stayed for 11 nights and the property supplied all our needs in the Kitchen. Well equipped. We were at the beach every day and although we thought we would dine out nightly we actually ended up eating most our meals at the Condo enjoying dinner on the lanai utilizing the outdoor BBQ. The reason we chose the property was due to the Private Beach Club which was one of my favorites of all time. Lounge Chairs and a Bar and Grill on the club property all walking distance to the Mani Lani Resort. The property had everything you need for the beach to include coolers and a wagon to haul all the gear.We went with our 2 recently college graduated daughters and each had their own room and bathroom making getting ready simple and easy. We did have an issue with the Master Bed and the host immediately fix the next morning. Response time was immediate.

Beautiful home and perfect for a family of 8.

We stayed here for 1 week. It has everything we needed for our beach and hiking vacation. We did not need to pack any beach items or coolers. The place was well stocked with kitchen items I would use at home. It was also very clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the house. The layout is great. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the recreational toys are awesome. I want to come back with my kids and grandkids. We made good use of the the tennis and fitness club membership, playing pickleball and using the fitness room and the owners beach. The management company was responsive and had the aloha spirit.

It is an excellent property in a family-friendly location with the best amenities for a perfect vacation. Everything in the house is clean and useful, and the kitchen is just amazing with all the tools that we need. There are also snorkeling gear, pool noodles, and bikes in the garage for us to use, which is great. My teenage son even learned how to bike when we were there! I highly recommend the Sea to Sky property to anyone who is looking for a great vacation with their family.

My husband and I needed a quiet place near the beach and it was wonderful. Comfortable furniture and all the needs in the kitchen! Wow. If you cook, rent this house!

The location was great! It was walking distance to the Mauna Lani shopping center, which is so convenient when we needed to do a run to Fooddland. The neighborhood was great as well. The house was nice. And the beds were comfortable. The only thing was there wss a dead roach in one of the bathroom downstairs and the ants were all ovet the dead bug. We called the management and they sent someone right away to take care of the problem and resolve the issue. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It is beautiful, and new looking with high end finishes. Everything about this home says “you and your families are welcome here”. The beds were all very comfortable, and the sheets and towels felt high end. Additionally, the kitchen is extremely well stocked with cookware/bakeware, spices, glass food storage, and so on. They have thought of not just the big things, but the little things as well. The home was stocked with everything from a folding wagon for the beach/excursions, baby equipment, toiletries, etc. An additional bonus is that it has a semi-enclosed yard area, which the kids enjoyed playing in. The property manager is also impressive. They are easily reachable and extremely responsive. We found that two of the beach umbrellas were broken and they delivered two new ones within a half hour of contacting them. Just a few minor suggestions: • The three thermostats are set to not go below 72 degrees. This was more than sufficient for the most part, with a small exception. The main area gets a bit warm in the late afternoons so allowing just that thermostat to be set at 71 degrees would be helpful. However, that area is plenty cool outside of the late afternoons (when most aren’t there anyway), so it’s definitely not a deal breaker. • Having a coffee scoop and a 9 x 9 baking pan in the kitchen would be helpful. Wonderful stay overall, and we are excited to return!

This is a great rental for a family. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and in the house as a whole. Including everything you'll need for the beach. Only a few minor issues, including stained carpeting, and tired living room furniture. But other than that, it's a great property.

The townhouse was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was a cook's dream with a Wolf Stove, Thermador Vent, Sub Zero refrigerator. The configuration of the kitchen made it the hub of everything. The master bedroom had a wonderful shower and convenient closet. The outdoors kitchen was a great place to barbecue. The local grocery store was a 10 minute walk or a five minute bike ride away. It is a popular store. We found out that people further north at the Mauna Kea resort shop at the Foodland at the Villages which is what the area is called. It is actually called the Mauna Lani Beach Club Villages. There is a private beach which is accessed via a key card. It is quite frankly one of the best beaches around. There was great snorkeling and swimming and plenty of cabanas and chairs for the guests. This area is about 40 miles north of Kona so if you want to go to Target or get other essentials you do have to travel or plan ahead. I would recommend this place for a family vacation. One of its other features, though not a great view, it does have some view versus other townhouses that only have another townhouse as view. It overlooks a small natural area and then part of the golf course. There are stairs and no elevator so if you have members that do not do stairs, this is not for them. There were plenty of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and also bikes. Our family enjoyed the week.
