Fresh & Clean, Air Conditioned Second Floor Condo in Princeville

We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private balcony in the warm weather.

Clear communication. King bed. Deck. Beach gear: chairs and cooler were very helpful. Fridge is a nice size. I appreciated the ice trays and packs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is close to the pool and parking lot. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the deck.

This was my first Vrbo experience, and I am very happy! Host communicated clearly everything I needed to know. Check in and check out was easy. The room was comfortable, clean and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The owner, Mike, was more than helpful with anything that we needed. We ran into a couple of small issues and he was immediately there to help. He was extremely friendly and I would definitely get a condo off of him again. The place was very clean and had all of the essentials that we would need for our stay. Cannot recommend more.

Mike the owner communicated well before arrival, everything was very clean and bug free. I made some suggestions to him after leaving and he took the feedback well and said he would implement my suggestions. I would definately rent from Mike again.

We had an excellent stay at this condo in Princeville. The unit is located in a really nice community and it is accessible to many beaches, great restaurants, and things to do in Kauai. Mike is extremely communicative and was able to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. We loved our stay and would return for future stays.

Very clean and well-appointed studio with your own private balcony patio (lanai). The condo is filled with a lot of considerate touches: lots of outlets everywhere to charge your devices, flashlight for emergencies, ceiling fans, dish soap, sponge, little hotel-type shampoo/conditioner/soaps, hooks to hang things, old towels to wipe off mud, bug spray that I'm guessing was left from previous guests, toaster, plenty of towels, luggage racks, coolers, beach gear. My back does not like mushy matresses and this bed was fine. Whoever cleans the place does a really good job; even the knives in the drawers were evenly laid out all facing the same direction. Thanks for the stay! Communication with the property manager was good. Trying to navigate this resort area is very confusing though; not the fault of the condo, but it's tricky to figure out how to find the place and parking, esp, if it is dark, as others have said.

We’ve been coming to Kauai for forty years and never disappointed. It’s a great place to relax and unwind, or enjoy all the activities the island has to offer.

Just the right size for us 2. Clean and convenient. Stocked with every amenity needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were especially appreciated. M (manager) responded immediately to every inquiry we had. His instructions for check in and out were spot on. We stayed in Princeville several times and this is our favorite property.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and perfectly located—close to everything we needed. While there wasn’t laundry on the premises, the host was incredibly kind and let us use his, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Our rental car was a Tesla. Mike very kindly arranged for us to charge the car overnight at a condo that was close to the parking lot. We circumnavigated the whole island several times and always had plenty of power. Thanks Mike.

We loved the pool, hot tub, and grills. Very clean with comfortable beds. It would be helpful to know there are 2 parking lots. As well as which lot is closest to the apartment.It's a bit tricky to navigate the property and find the proper apartment # in the dark. Once we found the 2nd hidden parking lot it was easier.

The place was perfect for me. Clean, safe and an attentive host that helped me out with something above and beyond. I plan to stay here next year.

This was a good base location for exploring the north side of Kauai. This is a studio “condo” but I would not say this space has a kitchenette - there is no where to cook food and the fridge is very small. Make sure the portable air conditioning unit is actually close enough to the air outlet, it’s not secured and can come loose. Lastly the king size bed is a bit oversized for this space, and the side of the bed closest to the TV is very worn out with a noticeable dip in the mattress.

I would stay here again. Would be nice to have reserved parking but not a big deal.

Super easy booking. Im not the most commucative person but the Host was great with their commucations to us, so it made it super simple. The condo was in a great spot, very clean and had everything we needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay here at Mike’s little condo. It was very clean and equipped with everything you would need considering the space. The AC unit was a lifesaver for sure and a huge reason in why we chose this rental. However the other major deciding factor was the listing states there is a washer and dryer to which there is not a set either in the unit or on the premises. I came more prepared because I’m a woman and tend to over pack but my husband brought very little with him considering he was planning on washing what little clothing he did have. Mike was great when we brought the matter to his attention and did his very best to accommodate us. I’m only bringing it up to inform anyone else who is booking this listing specifically for the washer and dryer. Other than the washer/dryer issue the space was perfect for our needs. We were there for eight nights and never felt we had outgrown the studio condo and again the AC was amazing! Overall great place and a perfect location in the stunningly beautiful North Shore of Kauai! One tip I can share is to buy any groceries you might need from the Big Save Market in Hanalei vs. the Food Land in Princeville. You will definitely save big!

Our contact, Mike, was very prompt with responding. The room was very clean and a good base camp since we were out exploring the island most of the day. The pool area was also nice. Close to Foodland grocery store, and we found a cluster of food trucks with the the Wyndham vacation rentals, which was close enough to walk to. Only thing that would make this a smidge better, is to have some laundry facilities on site.

My stay at Sandpiper 215B exceeded my expectations! Mike was a wonderful host and very helpful with clear, prompt, and accurate communication. The property had everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. The linens, towels, and beach equipment was all like brand new and the place was spotless! I have stayed at many different sized properties in the Princeville area with a wide range of amenities and this was hands down my favorite! Clean, cool, safe, easy access and everything was in perfect working condition which says a lot for a rental property ! It seemed as if I was staying in somebody’s personal property since it was so well taken care of. The only reason I wouldn’t want to spread the word of excellence and recommend it is because I wouldn’t want it to already be booked when I want to come back!

This is the perfect location for enjoying the north shore. Was nice to have a pool and jacuzzi to enjoy at the end of the night as well! Mike is very responsive and accommodating- would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, has everything you need to enjoy your stay on one of the most beautiful islands that Hawaii has to offer! Located right next to a foodland and only 15-20 minutes from Hanalei Bay! Mike was also incredibly communicative. Thank you again!

It was perfect! The rental was small but incredibly comfortable and cozy. Every inch was thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless. Even though it was tiny, it had everything we needed to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Great property location. Conveniently close to food land grocery store and restaurants that are about a 5 minute drive. Condo was clean and spacious . Had essentials for our stay. Mike our host was extremely kind, hospitable and responded to texts quickly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location and accommodations for the two of us. The description of the condo and its amenities were as described. The surroundings were peaceful and the location was central for the activities we planned. Communication with Mike was great before and during our stay. We would definitely return.

The manager was great and helped us with any little problems we had. Just special note it’s not super quick with a lot of little things that you think you might need. There are some nice things that have been left by previous people. It is definitely not set up for you to cook in anyway. Only a microwave to warm things. If you think you’re going to be able to cook there, you definitely cannot. Refrigerator is small sized. This is for anyone with a family or a small budget and not wanting to eat out all the time.

This place is perfect for a short stay. It's small, but the lanai makes it larger and becomes the living/dining room. Pool is great, communication with owner easy. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a small toaster, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, so it's perfect for preparing breakfasts and lunches and warming up takeout. Comfortable bed, and I love the key-less entry.

Had a great time in Princeville and our stay at the condo was perfectly fine. Condo size is good for an individual and/or a couple. Fantastic location, easy check-in and excellent communication with Mike. All in all a win and highly recommended.
