Property Overview
This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condominium home underwent a complete renovation. New thermal aluminum windows that will keep the home quiet and cool. Tri-zone air conditioning system with a thermostat in each room so all Guests will be comfortable.
Conveniently located on the ground floor, this home is on the south corner of the building farthest away from the street and noise from busy S. Kihei Rd. It is very easy to park near the home and come into the end without having to go through the entire building each time you come and go. We are only a few short steps to the pool and grassy lawn, and a few more to the sandy beach and ocean beyond. The lanai and master bedroom offer a lush tropical garden view. The Second Bedroom has a torch ginger garden outside the window. We enjoy breakfast and lunch on the lanai and usually have dinner or Happy Hour on the rooftop deck to watch the sunset.
The master bedroom has a California King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The windows have louvered shutters and the bedding is Tommy Bahama. The en-suite master bathroom is remodeled and enlarged.
The second bedroom features twin beds that can be converted to a King-size bed, if desired. The bedding includes Tommy Bahama quilts.The windows look out onto a torch ginger garden. There is a 50" flat screen TV, paddle fan and air conditioning in this room also. The second bathroom includes an extra deep bathtub with shower. There is a barn door that can be closed to create a second en-suite bath if you wish.
The kitchen has been enlarged and features tile flooring, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher were new in November 2023. There is an eating bar with pendant lights and counter stools and a wide selection of small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, rice maker, etc.) to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
For entertainment, this home includes a flat screen television in the living room. There are also flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms. The entertainment closet also has a variety of games and puzzles for more fun after a day at the beach or pool.
We have wireless internet service and a secured router. There is also a small safe for you to secure your valuables if you wish.
We have been adding some wonderful local artwork to our home. We are using many local Hawaiian artists. You may recognize Mark MacKay's ceramic koi or Scott Green's Honu or even a couple of Alex Arthur's exciting and colorful local photographs.
We love the area and even if you are not staying with us, we encourage you to stay at the Royal Mauian. It is a beautifully maintained resort and has the best location in Kihei. It is the only resort that I know of that has that fabulous roof top garden with BBQ grills and tables and a spectacular view of the ocean, nearby islands and the Haleakala volcano. The guests are also very friendly enjoying a glass of wine together in the evening or watching their children and grandchildren play together.

The furniture in the main living space is not a good fit for kids. Glass di I g room table, chairs were very lightweight and not sturdy.
This condo met all our expectations and more. The owner had went above and beyond in the little things she did. When we arrived, it was clean and exactly like the pictures but there were also all the welcoming touches like the personal toiletries in the bathrooms and helpful info about the area. We had stayed at the Royal Mauian before so we knew how nice the location and condo complex were. It is our favorite because of the turtles on our doorstep and also the wonderful shops across the street. We were in Maui during the tsunami scare so we were grateful that Susan was there for us in all ways. She kept in touch and was there for all our questions. Loved our stay and would totally recommend this condo for a great vacation in Maui.
This is in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. The place was well equipped and very clean. So much fun!
The Royal Mauian is in the heart of Kihei with lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We loved staying on the ground floor and being able to walk out to the beach easily with beach chairs and bags. The unit is very private without much foot traffic in front of it and came well equipped with everything we needed.
This property is very clean and has all the accessories for beach you will need. The bed was comfortable, and there is air conditioning in the unit. The only thing that keeps this from a 5 star property is there is no view, and people walk by the lanai to get to beach.

We had a fantastic 65th birthday for my husband, rooftop dinners, close to the beach, and fully stocked kitchen. The pool was very cold and not much room.
Really enjoyed the location for snorkeling out front and the pool at beachfront.
Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect. Steps from the pool and beach and across the street from shopping and food. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it was a great size for our group. We loved Kihei in general and will absolutely stay in this condo again.
The place was perfect for our family of 5. Place was very clean and beds were so comfortable! The outdoor area was beautiful and watching the turtles swimming in the water was a fun experience. The rooftop grills and tables were a perfect way to have a nice home cooked meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset. All directions from Susan were easy to follow. She answered questions promptly when needed.
This place was wonderful!! It is exactly what we were looking for. Cozy place and best of all, great access to the beach for incredible snorkeling every morning!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Maui. The condo was exactly as described and it was the perfect home base for us. It had every essential (and more), not to mention it is so conveniently located to food, beaches, etc. (Plus, seeing the sea turtles close up will forever be a treasured memory for all members of our family!) We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
Awesome oceanfront location, beautifully manicured grounds, and killer rooftop grilling and dining area!
Location of this condo is great and the set up worked perfectly for our family of 4. Right nearby some perfect family beaches. Across the street is Auntie Snorkel and the Cinnamon Roll place, which we stopped at multiple times. Being on the ground level saved us a lot of trips up and down stairs. In-room laundry allowed us to pack light for this trip. Rooftop BBQ was a nice benefit.
Great condo in a prime spot. Beaches nearby are beautiful and great for snorkeling and swimming. Location is also centrally located to other amazing beaches. There are restaurants close by, places to rent gear. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. I hope to stay again!!
We spent five days at this property and enjoyed the beach proximity, location and rooftop dining and sunset views. Good layout and relaxing space with everything needed onsite!
Perfect spot - no not ocean view but it was perfect to have the shade on hot sunny days. If you are wanting to see the ocean it is just 15 steps to the condo’s lounge chairs. Condo was very well stocked for the 10 days we were there. Appreciated having containers and spices available.
Really enjoyed the stay; apartment was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach.
