Bathroom: Accessible from the main living area; features a walk-in shower, quartz countertop single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxury organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.

🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Stucco repair work is ongoing at the resort. It does not affect the pool, fitness center, lobby, or elevators, but light noise may occur during daytime hours.
🏨 ZONING: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short term rental ban.
🌊 BEACH INFORMATION
The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect its size and accessibility. During fall and winter, sand may temporarily wash away but typically returns in spring and summer. Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii continue working to restore Kahana Bay. If beach access is limited, a public beach access is located within a 5-minute walk. Photos from 1/16/23 show useable beach, but this is not guaranteed.
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii — please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice excessive activity; we’ll coordinate with the HOA.
☀️CLIMATE: Hawaii’s tropical climate allows insects, rodents, and lizards to thrive. Any encounters, inside or outside, do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

The views from the room are incredible we saw so many whales!
The owners have this property clean and fully stocked. We liked having a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We also enjoyed having a gym where we could work out every day. We also enjoyed sitting out on our balcony every day and looking for whales and turtles. It’s very peaceful and quiet and the front desk staff is very kind. We would stay here again if we come back to Maui.
Absolutely perfect. It was as described, and more. There were essentials we thought we would need to buy but they were provided for us. We were pleqsantly surprised. We have stayed at Royal Kahana before but not this particular unit and it was pale in comparison. This unit helped make oir vacation perfect. The only thing that may be a consideration but its all relative to whom is staying were the pillows. We found them to be flat but it worked out fine.
The ocean view was incredible!
Very organized process, great room, well decorated with an amazing view! Checking in, checking out and communication was easy, convenient and availability was appreciated, even with the minor details.
Perfect stay could hear waves and birds from bed every night and had an amazing patio with ocean view. Washer and dryer a great extra and location was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, food trucks, and great snorkeling beaches to see turtles

We had a wonderful stay. The property was as described and location was perfect for us for visiting family.
Our room was lovely.The girl at the desk was very rude . Whatever questions we had she would always start with what is your room number. Once we gave to her she could not help us. This happened multiple times.I asked to use a pen. She asked my room number and then said we don’t have any. I asked for a pencil and she said we don’t use pencils.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck with ocean view. One night we were able to eat on deck and watch whales in the distance. Pool area was nice with plenty of chairs. Our host also provided beach chairs which we used at nearby beach. Nice to have the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Overall good value for price.
More than met my expectations 👌
