Bright, clean, airy Rocky Point Beach 1 bedroom loft. Steps to beach & bike path

Amazing location on the North Shore. We loved watching the sunset and the surfers every day. We felt like locals. The house had everything and was perfect for our family of four. Really appreciated it the extra beach chairs and boogie boards. We hope to be back soon!

This had everything we needed in a very convenient spot to check out all the north shore has to offer. The host had great communication too.

Welcoming host, good amenities, and great space for a little getaway.

We so enjoyed staying in this unit among the treetops. The airflow was good and we enjoyed seeing the trees and leaves blowing in the wind. Vaulted ceilings make the unit feel bigger. The host Chris was very communicative and helpful and keeps his apartment stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The apartment is near incredible surf and beaches. Hope to stay here again in the near future!

Epic place to stay. 1 minute walk to Rocky Point. The kitchen was great. It was clean and comfortable. We loved every minute there.

The host was out of the country during a majority of our stay, however, their son was very responsive if we had any questions. Overall, I would recommend this location for anyone who is wanting to explore the North Shore.

Great place to stay and great hospitality. The family loved the proximity to the beach. The swings right outside and being up in the trees.

The property is lovely, the loft in particular is a very calming space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. The beach is extremely close and very private. My only complaints would be lack of air conditioning and difficulty finding the location after hours. Besides that, our stay was lovely and relaxing and the host was prompt to answer any questions and welcome us.

Fantastic place in wonderful location!

We stayed for two weeks and the property was the perfect place to stay on the North Shore. The property has everything you need for your stay. It is very open planned and with the windows open a refreshing breeze blows through. It is also located beside the beach, which from what we could make out only has residents of the area there. Parking was never an issue to find on the street. It takes about 15 minute drive to beautiful Haleiwa and around 50 mins to an hour to Honolulu. We couldn’t recommend this property high enough and will definitely be returning to stay here, when we return to Oahu.

The stay was great. Beach was just a short walk away and the proximity was close to the other beaches that we like such as Sharks cove, Waimea bay, and the turtle beach just west of Waimea bay. Also a short drive to Tanaka shrimp and Laia where the Polynesian Cultural Center is.

This property is truly perfect if you're looking to explore the North side of the island. So close to the beach, lots of hiking trails to choose from. The host, Chris, was great with communication and provided lots of amazing amenities that many rentals don't offer. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my vacation! Would highly recommend.

Loved that this place was minutes away from the beach. We planned most of our days away from the house, but when we needed groceries or take out, it was only 10-15 mins away. There is no AC but most windows have screens and there are multiple quiet fans. There is only one futon couch that is not very comfortable and barely fits 4 adults. Just one more cozy chair would have been nice. Dishware and spices are sitting out on shelves so we had to wash everything before using either because they were dusty or dirty from previous guests. Spices were chunky fromhumidity so couldn’t use. Not thrilled with the old Teflon pans to cook with but we made due. Appreciated a place to hose off feet after the beach. Pretty close to the road so noise could be an issue for some. Overall, the place is simple and airy and the host was welcoming.

We just returned from the most magical stay at this treehouse on Sunset Beach, and I honestly can’t say enough good things! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a storybook — tucked away among the trees!The treehouse itself is beautifully designed — cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable, and waking up to sunlight filtering through the branches was an experience I won’t forget. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Just a short stroll to the beach and close enough to local shops and cafes without losing the feeling of seclusion. It felt like our own little slice of paradise.Our host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. You can tell they put a lot of heart into creating a peaceful, memorable space for their guests!If you’re looking for a unique, romantic, and restorative getaway — this is it.

The location of this rental is everything, just steps from the beach and right on a bike path that takes you to many other beautiful North Shore beaches. The loft was clean and just as described, perfect for our small family of three. Chris was great with checking in and also giving us our privacy, thank you for a great stay!!

I have been the islands many times, but this was my first opportunity to stay in this historic stretch of the North Shore. Our host was fantastic and was super helpful to make sure that we found the right place. It's not difficult to find but it was dark when we arrived so he came out to help usarrived and he came outsidus

What a good spot to explore from and specially to watch the waves surfers and one evening humpback whales! Communication with Chris was easy and supportive.

We loved the open, airy feel. It jad everything we needed. Chris was great. He was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. He mad suggestions of things we could do or eat. Check in was so easy. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Would recommend!!!

What an amazing place to stay, just a couple of houses down from the beach access. The location is the best and the place itself was great to chill and relax with everything on your doorstep, the bike path, the beach , amazing takeaway spots - teds bakery, food trucks. The outside deck was just sweet to enjoy the nights after exploring or enjoying the beach.Chris was amazing with his communication and gave great insight's of the surrounding area. Hiring bikes and going up and down the North shore bike path was the highlight for my daughter who just cant wait to go back. We just loved our time at Chris place and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the North Shore of Oahu. We will definitely coming back to stay again.

The studio was perfect for our family. Loved the location, bright windows, tall ceilings. Our daughter loved the loft bed and the deck and bbq area were nice. Amenities were just right for a short or long stay. The host was friendly and helpful.would definitely come back.

Due to its proximity to many of the North Shore’s best breaks I highly recommend this unit to surfers. It is steps to the beach and awesome bike trail. It’s pretty no frills in terms of comfort but was great for my surfing family.

Chris provided my partner and I an amazing place to stay for a couple of nights, truly a dream. The atmosphere of the place once you step inside trumps everything; it was breezy and cool, quiet except for the ocean crash of waves, and there was a great deal of space to walk around and store everything you needed. While the indoor areas was a dream I will warn that the driving/parking situation is very very cramped- though that’s not at fault of the host- and though despite the place being in quite a cramped area, we felt as if we had enough privacy to keep us comfortable. Lovely little place if you’re looking for a spot tucked away on Oahu.

We really enjoyed our time here. The host was very accommodating and politely told us a lot of good information about the north shore. We were able to take in some of the sunset beach surfing tournament while we were here and had our best meal on the island at roy’s beach house at turtle bay.

Just what we were looking for to enjoy the North Shore. Very close to some great beaches and walkable to food trucks. We rented bikes and explored the area. Apartment was clean and cool enough with fans (no A/C).

Minutes away from beach. In between 2 public beaches with lots of surfing to watch. Host responded quickly to messages. Spacious place with everything u need.

Chris’s place is quaint, very clean and in a fantastic location, so close to some of the best beaches in Oahu. Chris was the perfect host. He organized an early check in to accommodate our early flight arrival, welcomed us and offered some great advice on the local area. Thanks Chris!

Our first time in Oahu and we are happy we found this place. 100% recommend it, the place is nice and clean and, it has the best beaches nearby. Chris thank you so much for the services and accommodations. We'll definitely come back, Aloha

Bait and switch! The pictures over sell this place! Pro: unbelievably close to the beach. Beach equipment is provided. Con: the property is not well maintained. There is debris everywhere. You have to park on the side of the street next to a trail. No AC or any sort of air movement, except for a ceiling fan and one fan. It was stifling hot and muggy in the unit. **The sheets and bedspread had tears in it and had stained (yuk). HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!! The unit does not have any smoke detectors or C/O detectors (as stated in the listing). This unit sits above a garage, the garage is full of debris. If there were to be a fire, the unit would burn rather quickly (I am a firefighter so I understand the danger this poses). The toaster had a steel screw not a lever to push it down. In good conscience, I could never recommend this place for anyone. Would definitely give it a 0 star if that were an option.

Exactly as presented online, no surprises. Two parents and two teens, and no privacy, but we were prepared for that. Great breeze throughout so no issues with heat, though it's still April, so not sure how summer would be. Beach path right around the corner, very easy access. Basic accommodations, but that's what we were looking for. Close to everything you need in North Shore. We had a great week, thanks Chris and Sam!

This was a great place to spend our honeymoon. The location was amazing, steps to Rocky Point beach. The home was just what we needed- nothing too fancy but a great place to come home to after a day exploring the north shore. Would definitely stay again.

What a sweet location. This location helped make the North Shore area the favorite part of our visit from New Brunswick Canada to Oahu. The amenities were perfect and felt immersed in the local culture including taking in the Hurley Pro Surf Comp while there. Check in was easy. We felt secure and the loft was super cool! Awesome location, cool place, worked really well for being on the north shore.

If you want an authentic beach bungalow experience, this is you place. Two minute walk to the beach and some of the best surfing in the world. This second floor space is comfortable and adequate in size for two. The bedroom is a bit larger that the pictures show. A few places need painting and other minor repairs, but these are part of the charm. Chris provides beach chairs and umbrella, masks and snorkels, and boogie boards. It’s not for everyone, but we enjoyed it.

It was airy and a nice size. It needed some maintenance, but it was clean enough. Nothing fancy, but well located.
