The Space:

The Neighborhood:
Kauai Beach Villas gives you an oceanfront Lihue base with the practical ease of being near the airport, groceries, and the roads that lead north and south. Start with a sunrise shoreline walk, then choose your day: Kapaa's cafes and coastal scenery, Poipu's sunny beaches, or a longer drive toward Hanalei and Waimea Canyon. Wailua Golf Course is also nearby. It is a relaxed, well-positioned choice for families who want to see more of Kauai without changing hotels.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is only about 10 minutes away, making this one of Kauai's most convenient home bases. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island's beaches and towns, though groceries, shopping, and dining are often close by. Lihue's town center offers some walkable errands, with nearby beaches just a short drive. Parking is generally easy, available on site or in nearby lots.
Other Things to Note:
This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations. Guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities or pools; guests only have access to Kauai Beach Resort restaurants and gift shop. Kauai Beach Villas pool and shared grill area is open from 8am to 10pm. The two twin beds can be converted into a king with a minimum 24 hour notice.

Wish we had known about the condition of the whole villas. Really run down.
Had to have someone come in to clean the air conditioners due to a bad smell. It helped some. The air conditioning units seem old. We mostly just kept the windows open. The condo was nicely renovated!
Great location between north and south side of the island, able to pick a side and not have to drive the whole island back and forth. Spacious nice and has AC perfect for four people. Sheet were a little scratchy might be uncomfortable if you don’t like firm beds
SO Close to the ocean for morning walks and the back deck was PERFECT for morning coffee!
The condo was absolutely lovely very clean, well decorated, and had every amenity that you might think you would need. The air conditioning worked great. The pool was very refreshing clean and nice to cool off for the day. I would highly recommend the condo beds were comfy, and the condo itself was very roomy.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was fantastic, which made exploring super convenient. The property itself was spacious and very clean, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and spread out. The AC units worked well which allowed us to stay cool in every room. The pool area was a highlight—absolutely loved spending time there! However, the beds were not as comfortable as we’d hoped, which made for some restless nights. Also, while the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, it lacked basic essentials like salt and pepper.
Communication was poor and I could never talk to the person who was assigned to us and the arrangements I left with someone who said they would be sure it was done was not. They did finally come the next day after we arrived
The lodging for our trip to Kauai were absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our family.
It was great to have a pool onsite next to the beach. AC was a nice welcome to the resort.
A good spot, as you are between the north and south shore, so not too far from either side. The condo was clean and comfortable!
We all had a great time. The outrigger pool was fun, my kids enjoyed the slide, we loved all the on site amenities (condo kitchen, lanai, air conditioning, starbucks, the beach, the poolside bar). Location was perfect for us. My kids are super active and we did a lot of activities (tubing, ziplining, snorkeling, river kayaking, napali coast). Being central made it more relaxing and easy. We only had 3 full days on the island, but it was fantastic. Thank you!
Condo was great, clean, nice and modern. My only complaint is there were no extra blankets, esp for the blowup bed or couch bed. We asked but was told they couldn’t provide any if they weren’t in the unit already.
